Consistently fast service for the Taco Bell side of the house. The Pizza Hut express side is usually a toss up on items being available. Not my first pick for tacos in the area but when I do decide to swing through they come through. A few of my favorites on the menu are gone such the fiesta potatoes and caramel apple empanadas. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 6 items total. I ordered through the app and when the order arrived (an hour later) I only received 4 items, two of which were made wrong. Then, when I tried to call them to see what could be done to rectify this, the employees let the phone ring and ring until a horrible screeching sound came on the line. At that point, I hung up and decided to try again. It was a busy signal. Tried again. Another busy signal. I'm assuming that the employees took the phone off the hook because it was about 15 minutes until close. And they didn't give me any utensils to eat my potatoes with. This Taco Bell end the one on Tylersville road are TRASH. I had the same type of experience with the one on Tylersville, also. 0/5 stars. I have been coming here for my taco fix almost weekly for a few months now. Over that time, their service had been plummeting. I usually get a crunch wrap supreme. The stuff inside the tortilla is getting less and less. My latest trip got me one that is basically more than half tortilla. For $3.99 I could've gone to Kroger down the street and bought two bags of tortillas. I suppose it's a good thing. I ordered the Taco Bell Protein Bowl with Chicken. This is my typical order, it comes with Guacamole, Spanish Rice, Chicken, Lettuce, Black Beans, Cheese, Tomatoes and Sour Cream. What I actually received: a bowl with a small spoonful of black beans, filled over halfway with rice, a sprinkle of lettuce and literally four tomato chunks. No Guacamole, no cheese and almost no chicken, so less than half of the promised ingredients. Let me point out that there were no cars in front of me or behind me in the drive-thru. I came back and asked for them to make it again, the drive-thru man starts scooping through it with his gloved fingers and tells me that everything that is supposed to be there is there. Then he brings over the man that made it and he said that it is correct. I point out that several ingredients are missing. They took it back and made it again. It looks awful and I am afraid to eat it, I don't know if it was actually made again or if I am eating the food that the drive-thru guy was scooping through with his fingers, but with guacamole on top. This is the infamous Taco Bell location that got crashed into by a car from the highway a few years ago. It's funny, that was when I used to frequent this location..like a lot..it really freaked me out. Seriously..there's video of it..check it out on you tube..it's pretty intense. Anywho..hadn't been here in years but decided to pick some up on a random Saturday night. I was expecting drive-thru service to be sluggish here on a Saturday night..because it usually is at any Taco Bell location on a Saturday night..but surprisingly service was pretty quick. The person running the drive-thru was pleasant and seemed to have things down pretty good with keeping the line moving. Didn't know exactly what I felt like so I just ordered two's of a couple random things. Two frito burritos, two cool ranch taco's with no lettuce, two orders of nachos. A little bit of a couple of my favorite things. So the taco's were tasty..love the cool ranch shell..they skimped on the meat and cheese a little bit..but most locations do. The nachos were good..one bag was a little crushed up but nothing too bad. They skimped a bit on the cheese..but again most locations do. The frito burritos were disappointing. First off the frito's tasted stale. That really threw off the overall taste of the burrito. Also I detected little to no nacho cheese sauce within them. That sucks for a couple reasons..first the cheese tastes good on them..second it caused both burritos to be extremely dry..I love a good frito crunch in a burrito but you need something to even out the dryness they produce. I mean, all Taco Bell's have their issues..especially with late night drive thru. This location's faults aren't enough for me to never want to get drive thru from them again..they just really need to step up their burrito game. read more

I strongly recommend picking a different location. Half of the staff members are rude... especially the general manager or manager, Mona. She's very stingy, only location/place that CHARGES for a tiny water cup! Never have I heard that ridiculous rule anywhere else. The last time I went there, I had an empty water bottle.. i saw they had a garbage right there in the drive though behind the gentleman attending me. He claims it's "against store policy" to take a drink and throw it away?? Made zero sense, it was just a clear water bottle buddy, guess turning around is "a lot of work." lazy people! Says they closed at 3:00am. Went through at 12:30am. Was in the drive through with another car behind me. When I got to the speaker, I was told that they were closed. I was stuck in the drive-through line with no way to get out and five cars in front of me. I have never experienced anything so ridiculous at a fast food joint. They could have came out and put a cone in the drive-through and served the people that were already in the line. Trash. I tried to order at the drive-thru only to be told that 50% of their menu is now "mobile-only," whatever that means. 95% of their vegetarian options are gone. I don't understand why I can only get access to half of the menu unless I use my phone - if you have the ingredients and make the item still, WHY would it only be available through mobile ordering? Twice this week I have went through and got a chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce and there is zero sauce on it. Also zero cheese sauce on my beefy frito burrito and forgot my nachos! Great looking building, delicious food, very inexpensive! the drive thru is very quick and efficient! Waiting times inside are short and the food is great. Renovations to the building have taken away the "stoner" atmosphere and create a better vibe. It feels like a combination of Starbucks and Penn Station. read more
