1/1/2026 10:34am Taco Bell - E Main St Absolutely unacceptable experience. The posted hours on the door state this location opens at 10:00 AM. The Taco Bell app also showed the store as open and allowed me to place a $30 order, which was fully charged. The order tracker then sat with no progress for over 30 minutes. When I finally went to the drive-through, an employee told me over the speaker that they were not open, not serving breakfast, and would not open until 11:00 AM--despite the posted hours and the app clearly stating otherwise. Even worse, they had no issue accepting my money through the app. When I explained the situation, I was essentially told "tough luck" and to file a claim through the app. This is poor management, misleading hours, and terrible customer service. If you're not open, don't advertise that you are and don't take people's money. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Went in there today 15 minutes standing there nobody even came to the counter walked over looked down in the back two young girls playing on their phone with their feet on the counters how disgusting is that then I seen a young man asked him if I was going to get any service and he said he'd have to find somebody to help me how ridiculous is that call the manager tonight she says call back in 20 minutes I call back she hangs up on me then shuts phone off will never step foot in that place again and the manager can hardly speak English unbelievable such poor service didn't get no service and they're got feet on the counters where food goes unbelievable read more

waited in the drive thru for nearly an hour for a mobile order that had been ready for that hour. their front door was locked, we could have gone and grabbed our food fast. read more

The quesadilla's here are better than anywhere else I've ever gone, idk what they be doing differently but its workin. The food came out super fast and the workers here are amazing. The place is such a vibe it is fantastic, always is super clean and always has everything stocked. This place is amazing. read more

I understand this is a fast food place but the quality of food and the prices are absolutely disgusting! You never get what you paid for! I sat in drive-thru for 10 minutes, telling the person what I want inside my crunch wrap. Not only was it extra charge but when I came home, I was about to drive back and let them know how I actually feel. This cost me $10+ per Crunchwrap. I bought 4. What kind of low lifes work there? I'm also aware that some workers there are high on the job so I'm not surprised. read more

Long asssss wait even tho i was so close to the location. Food was good just a little cold

Drive thru worker said "taco bell what do you want" and then said "what else" after everything we ordered and said "$14 second window" in a rude tone, never responded each time we said thank you, didn't even look in our direction at the window, stuck her hand out the window with our bag, still not looking, and just swayed the bag slowly to the side until we could grab it. Inside of restaurant smelled horrible even from in the car, food tasted off and was mostly sour cream. To be fair, she did say "have a good night," but it seemed like more of a reflex than anything. She does not deserve a job in customer service. This location is good from time to time, but several restaurants in this plaza occasionally hire incompetent staff. It is really no surprise that most of them are baked out of their minds while on the clock. read more

Usually this Taco Bell is completely fine. Although I wanted to try Taco Bell breakfast. They stop serving it at 11:00 am, and when I went there at 9:20 am. They told me they weren't open yet. So when am I supposed to get breakfast? Also 9:20 is 20 minutes after google says they are scheduled to open. Not to rag on this T Bell too much, I just want to try the breakfast that they advertise. read more

When all else fails, there's always Taco Bell. This location did a great job on preparing my food and guess what? When I got back to my hotel and looked in my bag I actually got everything I ordered. food good, customer service was terrible and unprofessional. they was no signage indicating that they only did kiosk orders and not one person informed us as we stood waiting for service for 10 minutes. they proceeded to get our order wrong TWICE at first giving us the wrong one then giving ours to someone else. staff was unprofessional and refused to help customers, they just stood laughing and socialising together. it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food. read more

This place has gotten better lately. I stopped coming for awhile because the service was horrible. It's a lot better and it seems like they care now. I got the spicy triple crunch wrap because I saw on TV a few minutes ago and for one reason or another just had to try it. I'm not disappointed as it was pretty good but not remotely spicy. I didn't know they had a new hot sauce called Diablo which I was pumped to try as with a name like that it has to be hot, yeah not so much although it is hotter than the Fire sauce. read more

I went there tonight and ordered a lot of food for the family, got home and discovered that they missed the three mini quesadillas for the kids, put lettuce on the food that I asked for NO lettuce THREE times and I specifically asked for a LOT of sauce and got none, plus no straws in the bag! They were goofing off at the window, forgot half of my food, put lettuce on my food, forgot the straws and the sauce! WTF taco bell! The best part is that I went a couple nights ago and you guys forgot my quesadilla and put lettuce on my food which is why I was so specific this time!!! Never going to this Taco Bell ever again! (P.S. I have never written a bad review before, but I'm pretty angry at how royally you guys screwed up!) read more

Is Taco Bell good? For what you pay, yes. It's a Taco Bell guys...what do you want from this review? The staff doesn't care, but they keep the place neat. Honestly had the worst experience I pulled back up because my order was wrong . and the workers were so disrespectful and when the gave me back my food they dropped it on the counter disrespectfully as-well. All in all not proper costumer service. read more

Went through the drive through yesterday for a Crunchwrap supreme, chalupa supreme, and loaded potato griller as I was seriously hung over. The food was hot which is usually half the battle, but I felt that all 3 items weren't filled appropriately. My crunch wrap sagged because it wasn't full, and every bite of my chalupa had more shell than anything else which was disappointing. That being said, it's one of the first times I've gotten food from Taco Bell that was hot, had the sour cream I ordered, and actually gave me enough mild sauce for my meal. 90% of the times they forget the sauce, which is fine because it's free, but when they forget sour cream I paid to add I get pretty ticked. Drive through line moved surprisingly quick, but the girl at the window was pretty rude. My order was 9.60 and I gave her a 10, she asked if I wanted my change. Do I want my own money? What kind of question is that? After I said yes I was given my change and had my food rammed through the window. I don't think I'll be back, I'll hit McDonald's next time. read more

I went there when i got out of qork at 1:45 AM one night (I work in the same plaza). I pulled up to the drive thru at 1:50 and waited about 3-4 minutes, nobody answered, called them twice, drove up to the window, called them 2 more times, they walked past the window twice acknowledging that i was there but ignoring me. They finally came to the window at 1:55 AM (they closed at 2 AM; was posted on the door, window, and website). They said they were closed that the systems shut down automatically and when I asked by doesn't your website say qe close at 1:45 then... The employee and manager proceeded to yell at me and told me to go to mcdonalds instead. Put in a complaint and never heard back. I can clearly see how they treat their customers. But I work in the same plaza and if any of us did that at my job even 1 minute before we close 30 seconds before we cant turn customers away we would be fired on the spot and they can yell at customers and advise customers to spend their money elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more
