Listen I love Taco Bell. But this location has the slowest service ever. I've been here dozens of times with absurd wait times. I'm in line now for drive through waiting 10 mins with zero movement. Months ago, I went into the restaurant instead of waiting for the drive through since it was backed up, they had an abundance of employees literally standing around. I could see them. Pull into the drive thru that only had 4 cars that had already ordered, and somehow still ended up sitting for 20 minutes before ordering, then another 20 to be the 2nd car from the window! I DO NOT understand the bad reviews of this particular Taco Bell. We've been here more than a half dozen times and the service is amazing and even with special order items, they've not disappointed us once. We typically arrive before 5PM and it's not usually busy and we use the self order Kiosk. The staff is attentive and considerate. There is an older man that's always been there. I usually order the same thing every time and because of this they know me when when they see me walk in the it's because they know they have messed up the order. If your going to have people sitting inside at tables and then you lock the doors so no one else can come in and they have to sit in the 45 minute drive thru line, at least put a sign on the door saying so. Myself and a dozen others walked up to the door, its locked and the person inside just looks at ya. Wish i could put 0. When you see these reviews they're true. I've had multiple experiences where they don't even cook the food, & throw the burritos together where it's mush. It's wrong half the time & the customer service is awful. They don't acknowledge you despite you have a good attitude & being polite. There's been many times at 8/9 o'clock they turn the lights off to act like they're closed but you'll pull up & they'll ignore you despite you seeing people in the window. Terrible service. 4 out of 5 times when we order food, we get home only to find that half or more of our order is missing. You call them and they say sorry ( when they aren't) and they say come on down we will fix it. For the amount of money that we spend for fast food, which isn't fast by the time you have to drive back there, you could sit down at a restaurant in White House and get wonderful service and all of tour food. I'm a fan of Taco Bell; worked at a TB store in Philadelphia and made it to management, good times. I know the franchise owner is to blame for this, but the manager needs to put his foot down on this growing trend: Organizing sauce packets is a complete waste of labor hours, time better spent on keeping the dining room and bathrooms clean and fresh. My favorite Taco Bell to go to! I've come here for years and years. They've always been joyful and kind and I have never had an issue with any of my food from there. I went to the location to get a drink, there the only place that serves the Mt. Dew Blast. I went inside and this place stinks, literally the smell almost knocked me down. It smelled like a very strong musty stench. I couldn't believe that people were actually in there with the way it smelled. Usually getting food at the location was most of the time missing something, or you got tired of waiting and just left, You learn to check at the window and make them wait till you know all your food is there and it is right. There are cars always wrapped around this place. This doesn't mean business is good, bc most of them end up driving off. I understand that restaurants and other places can be short staffed, but might as well close until there able to run at full compacity. It would appear this location struggles with special requests. In past years, the management did a decent job running this restaurant; however there has been an ongoing decrease in quality. Hopefully, someone from corporate takes notice of the negative experiences customers are having and addresses the incompetence at this location. They consistently forget items on the order, or make them wrong if there is a special request. I will probably choose to avoid this branch going forward. My decision is not only based on the poor service, but oftentimes the food order is delayed and usually wrapped sloppily and poorly, and worst of all the facility is noticeably unclean. This Taco Bell is an embarrassment. Ordered on the kiosk. I got my cup and the ice machine didn't work with a kitchen tub left under the drink machine filled with nasty water. The main complaint though is not a one employee said a word to me even after saying "thank you" and "can I get some ice" all the employees were to worried about serving their last customer in line to be able to jump to the lobby to be on their phones. Late night drive through for a snack. Go a crunch wrap supreme with a drink. The entire things as stale. Soft taco - stale, hard taco inside - stale, lettuce inside - brown and the rest of the inside didn't even reach the bottom of the soft taco. Very upset and unhappy. If I could give zero stars then I would.... Twice.... This location is terrible. We used to eat there every other week when we moved to white house. Now we eat there once every three months or so when everything else just won't do. This is always our very last choice if we don't feel like cooking. I can say that this location IS very consistent; they always screw up your order. Seriously, how hard is it to NOT put lettuce on my taco? If you like Taco Bell, this is the BEST one in the Middle TN area. They always get my order correct and the employees are very pleasant.

It is unfathomable to me that someone else gave this Taco Bell a more than 1 star review. To be sure, the food is the same as every Taco Bell, so for taste and quality, I'd rely on your gut for where you think Taco Bell is generally. This place gets a 1 star for awful service. A group of four of us ordered food and it took 45 minutes to prepare (not very Taco Bell like). In the process of this food order, the staff here managed to make 2 orders that no one claimed (6 other people in the restaurant) and screwed up one of our orders twice. The decision to go was based on convenience, this was anything but convenience. A true case study in operations failure. read more

But let me tell y'all, I have been coming to White House Taco Bell for YEARS, and this new girl, Debbie, has taken my order the past two times in the last week. And Miss Debbie made me feel like I was at the five-star Chick-fil-A. Debbie is the best employee that Taco Bell in White House, Tennessee has ever hired. She is so nice and keeps the same energy that I did not mind if I had to wait an hour for my food. Debbie made me feel so good that I really didn't mind if they made a mistake with my order.
