I had the lengua (beef tongue) the chicharron (pork skin) and the chorizo (sausage) all were very good and very filling. I didn't need 3 for sure. The chorizo was by far my favorite and I will def have it again sometime. I walked in and it was pretty slow for a lunch time. I walked right up and ordered at the counter. The girl was very nice and helpful and my food was out in about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend you try this spot out if you are in the Springfield area.

Wow. I just came here for dinner with my wife. We sat down, ordered margaritas. Our server brings the margaritas and says "the owner wants to close so I told him you would drink REALLY fast." Now I can't leave because I've already put in an order. Then, my wife's food is the wrong order. I will never come back to this place. They will rush you and be rude. So 5 of us went to a different eatery and enjoyed drinks and delicious food and smiles with appreciation next door where we were valued and shown some class. This same wonderful employee doesn't understand the food service industry protocol that requires smiling, being respectful and your tip will reflect the appreciation for good service and being treated respectfully and appreciatively. Zero star if I could for customer service. Food ? I wouldn't know 5 of us left. If I get treated rudely I refuse to spend money while being treated disrespectfully. I think the other 5 in our party were sitting farther back and didn't understand why the other half of our party left. I am 68 years old and grew up in a Metropolitan city so I have had a vast number of experiences at restaurants and this was the rudest I've ever been dealt.
