Let me just start with the fact that I have never had a pleasant experience here. I've ordered a bean and cheese burrito and for whatever reason they decided to put nacho cheese in it? My picture of this is posted from that time. Today I thought I'd give it another go since their remodel with big hopes that maybe it involved remodeling the staff. Boy was I wrong, came during happy hour to get a freeze as it's advertised everywhere, was rudely interrupted saying that they don't have them available (maybe I'd be more understanding if she was nicer, cause idk maybe it has to do with the remodel? Benefit of the doubt?) I then waited in the drive through line which was only myself and one car ahead of me, and kept waiting, and waiting, when I finally get to the window there was this awkward silence and she just shoved out my drink (which sadly wasn't the drink I had come in for obviously) and held her hand for the amount due. We were just in the Wilsonville Taco Bell lobby and were the only customers in the dining area. We stood at the register for 6-8 minutes and nobody took our order. After waiting 2 minutes someone told us someone would be right there, but after waiting 5 more minites we decided our business was not important to them and left. This place is never open! At least 3 times over the past few months I have attempted to go here and I'm locked out of the lobby with a handwritten sign saying "lobby closed because of short staff." On top of being hard to access half the time my order is wrong and all the time my ingredients are half on half off. These employees are clearly overworked and I'm assuming it blows working here because they can't keep a staff. I keep trying to go back though because I love me some tacos! read more

I would like to preface this review by saying I've been going to this taco bell for around 8 years now. I would say around 6 years ago it was an amazing choice for fast food, super cheap, fast , and well made. Now a days I can't recommend this CRAP to anyone. 30 minute waits are commonplace now and have been for almost a year and a half, and that's only if there's 2-3 cars in front of you, don't even get me started when the line is 10 cars long and blocking traffic through the parikinglot. The food is almost never what you order, I don't even order complicated foods, at most I ask for onions to be added, and almost never are my orders right. for the past 4 or so years the place would almost daily be closing 3-4 hours before the actual closing time, though I will admit they've been better about that lately. The food is almost always poorly packaged, falling out of the wrapper, or just barely hanging together. I've been able to put up with all this bull for a long time, including a time where I was in line, for no joke, 71 minutes. Tonight took the cake though. I waited in line for 20 minutes (there was 3 cars in front of me, pretty standard.) got to the order box and placed my order. I said "I would like a loaded potato griller and a Naco Bell Grande, add onions to the nachos." pretty simple right? the cashier added everything to the screen except the add onions. "you forgot the added onions" I said "oh, bell grande nachos comes with onions he replied." "are you sure?" I said, since I've ordered this more times than I can count. "yup." I drive to the window and grab my food, I drive 10 feet check the nachos, surprise surprise, NO ONIONS. so I get back in line wait another 20 minutes and tell them they forgot my onions, they asked me to provide them with a receipt, which I did, they then took my now incredibly cold and soggy nachos and put so many onions on it there's now more onion than cheese and beans combined. So after a 40+ minute wait I'm left with cold soggy nachos buried under atleast 2 onions in diced up onions. I am never eating here again, get your act together. read more

This Taco Bell is a joke. I put the Taco Bell app on my phone for info & coupons. The cashier hardly knew anything as she had to have someone come out when we showed the app authorizing a free drink. Surely we are not the only ones using the app! We were advised this restaurant does not accept cell phone discount coupons. What is the use in having the app if you cannot use all parts of it? Additionally we agree with other users that the employees are loud as they laugh & yell to each other which is something that should not be done. We don't need to hear what a male employee did last night! We will not visit this store again. read more

It's exactly what you'd expect, and that's why I award it five stars. Expect fast food quality, expect fast food service. The location is clean, everyone has always been as friendly to me as I've been to them. If you walk in and stand far back from the counter then they won't say something to you because... that's normal. Because you look like you're trying to make a decision and it's courteous to give you space until you're ready to order. The one-star reviewers seem to expect a shoe-shine with each order. This is actually the best Taco Bell location I've been to and has maintained that in my eyes since 2012 when I first moved to Wilsonville. read more

I moved to Wilsonville a year ago and I have never had a bad experience at this location. I am vegan so I make sometimes complicated orders and their customer service is always amazing!! They always recommend things to try that are vegan or let me know if there is dairy or something in one of my orders so we can get it removed. They are great! Today I went through the drive through and Daniella was working and she was amazing. So sweet and thoughtful and we had great conversation about Taco Bell's ingredients. read more

Went there 6-13-2016 in the evening and got a burrito and a taco with a drink. Around midnight I had a stomach ache. The next day I was very tired, felt hot and felt sore all over plus felt thirsty all day. After a good night's sleep I felt fine the next day. Was it food poisoning? I think so. The manager is responsible for maintaining the temperature of items that can spoil, like the sour cream. The manager is also responsible for making sure no product is expired. People should not be getting sick from your food. read more

I came in 30 min before close and was told there were no chalupas because the chalupa machine wasn't running and they didn't want to make anything else but a wan and cheese burrito. I have worked my fair share of fast food enough to tell this is just lazy. One thing that stood out was the employee who took my order she was a very nice young lady and answered all my questions and wasn't being impatient with me she told me about their specials so i decided to order one of the deal boxes, she was very helpful. read more

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. And that's saying a lot like it's freakin fast food people. Anyway I waited in like at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes, after I ordered I gave the girl cash and my card so the left over amount would go on my debit. She takes the card and cash puts down the cash, swipes the card, picks up the cash, looks at me and goes "What's this for?" I told her I wanted to pay all the cash and the rest on my card and she had to go grab a manager who said "The only thing I can do is give you a refund." Like what the hell no I want my food. So I say no whatever it's fine. I get my food they say sorry and go back inside. They never gave me my drink so I had to pull around go inside and the lady said the regular baja freeze was broken so I settled for strawberry which was obviously broken too and spitting out melted freeze. I asked for a refund and left totally irritated and the stupidity of the staff. Unbelievable. If you're going to go to Taco Bell, go to the one in Sherwood, you'd be back in Wilsonville by the time you got up to the window here and with the correct order. Jeez! read more

I had the worst experience at the Wilsonville Taco Bell! I order wheelie or nachos for my eight-year-old daughter and asked if I could substitute the melted cheese or just shredded cheese. Something that I've been doing for a while as that one of my daughter's favorite dishes from Taco Bell. I have never experienced any difficulty with this request message Jesse a substitution four cheese and not asking for additional cheese. The gentleman that took my order first daddy yes and then I noticed they were charging me $0.40 for doing the substitution. I've been fall asked him why he charging me for $0.40? His reply was will you ask for shredded cheese. I replied by saying no I asked for substitution of cheese. We all need to make melted cheese you need for shredded cheese and probably you need more cheese for that melted cheese so if you could sprinkle a little bit of shredded cheese or actually saving cheese. Well I said just go ahead and give you my shredded cheese I'll pay the $0.40 and go ahead and put the melted cheese and a little container as you're going to be charging for the shredded cheese. Then when I check my order I noticed that they forgot to put the cheddar cheese. The two guys that were taking the orders I believe their names were Dennis and I don't remember the other gentleman's name. Dennis and the other gentleman that we're taking orders through drive-thru or a little upset because that check my order and I said you forgot to put my shredded cheese after I paid for it. Very rude they raise their voice thing they didn't charge me for it! So I asked for them to please put some cheddar cheese and they charge me $0.40 for it. Which I'm okay pay for it if I have you as long as my daughter gets what she needs. Then I request to speak with the manager and let me tell you guys I have never ever ever spoken with a manager that does not know how to treat a client. She showed up with a complete attitude but I decided not to even speak with her has already felt that he was going to be useless. Then I asked for her to provide me with the franchise phone number so I can contact the franchise office. She she replied by saying what the phone number is in the receipt if you want to call them. Based on the attitude she had I had a gut feeling she was lying to me. So I check the receipt to see if the phone number of the franchise was there so I can make a complaint. Guess what!! She was lying! I asked her if she heard that there was no phone number on the receipt and she replied I know. Then I ask why would you say that? Her reply was if I wanted the number to look it up on the website and said I can't give you a phone number unless I have authorization through my store manager. I can't believe Taco Bell will allowed to have a manager so rude to the customers a show so poor leadership in front of the crew. You guys need to reevaluate who you guys have as leaders and your franchise restaurant of Taco Bell. I hope I get feedback from the franchise office to see what you guys are planning on doing to better your customer service as I've been coming to this restaurant for a long long time and never never had this kind of service before. I really don't want a few people ruining the reputation of such a great restaurant. I don't believe the corporation of Taco Bell wants people like that representing the company's name the way they are doing it.
