This store always has something broken. Today the monitor that shows your order didn't work, the cash register system couldn't add a pop to our order & we didn't get the correct order. It's bad. It feels like the franchise or corporate doesn't keep up with improvements. read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option! We came at 9:10 at night and went through the drive thru. We ordered quickly, but then sat for about 9 min behind 2 other cars to get to the window to pay. Lady took our card right away and then we sat for over 10 minutes without anyone even coming to the window. I finally got out of the car (leaving my husband driving) and went inside. Told them we'd been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min and still did not have our food. They didn't even know which order was ours. Then she told me I didn't have to pay, but we already had paid! Did she offer anything else? Nope! Absolutely ridiculous "service." Definitely will never return. read more

I would rate this -10 if I could. Messed up my order and acted like I was the one in the wrong? Half of the workers just stared at me and didn't offer to help or anything. Then over 15 minutes later still didn't get my food back and they said "they forgot". Then when they were trying to make my burrito the cook didn't even know what went on the burrito which I thought I was the worst part! If I could rate the Woodburn Taco Bell a "minus zero" I would. They charge more than other Taco Bells in nearby Keizer and Salem. They do not honor the prices advertised on TV and other places, and prepare to wait for 20 minutes for your food... sometimes longer. If you "make a run for the border" at midnight because it SAYS online that they're open until 1 am, good luck on any of the employees responding, because apparently they're doing "something else" besides working between midnight and 1 am. read more

We stopped in after leaving the tulip festival, The empty table needed to be cleaned, but they where not too dirty. How ever the soda pop area was nasty. There was pop and ice all over and the Shute that the ice comes down from the machine was super nasty it has mold on the inside of the Shute. The parking lot has large pot holes in it you could lose a small car init, I do have to say the food was hot and the ladies room was ok. Not too dirty. But the pop machine was nasty. And our taco shells where broken when we got them . They really need to keep track of the pop area trash on the counter old receipts, napkins. Gross. read more

I love my Taco bell in Woodburn. I love all of the menu items. I don't understand why these people are giving bad reviews. I have lived in Woodburn for 11 yrs. And have eaten there at all different hours of the day and week . Sure you have to wait 3 or 4 minutes, but they get a whole line of people thru pretty fast. Food is delicious, and HOT. As many other reviews remark this is about the slowest Taco Bell on the face of the Earth. My wife and I have waited over 50 minutes in their drive through in the past. We could have driven to other Taco Bell restaurants 10 or more miles away and gotten back home faster than the service at this complete disaster of customer service. I've had more miserable experiences at this particular restaurant than all other places combined. We go so very irregularly because of this, it's just even discussing the idea of going here that we lose our appetite. On top of that crew regularly get the food wrong especially if you change anything from the norm. A single crunchy taco is more than a full on burger anywhere else nearby as well. So let's see abysmally slow service, wrong orders and obscene prices. In the end you're better off going to one of the many authentic Mexican places in town for far better everything. read more

Hello, loves. My recommendation would most definitely be the Doritos Taco, as well as the original bean burrito. The Pepsi was not nearly as peppy as it should have been, and they're cheap with the strawberries on the Fruitista Freezes. The decor was, from my point of view, awfully tacky (although my mother liked it). The walls were an awful shade of orange, but others were a nice blue. The bathroom was clean, although one of my friends says there should be more variation in the tiles, so the wall and floor would not match. Also, the highway was easy to exit from. My wife ate lunch on Saturday 11/24/12 at Taco Bell woodburn, drivethru had got sick 4 hours later. He has been vomiting and experiencing nausea for over 24 hours now. Something was contaminated there. She only had toast that morning at home before this. read more

Honestly you can pass on this restaurant and go to burger king or another restaurant nearby they have the worst customer service especially if they make your order wrong even if you talk to the manager they will tell you that you don't have to pay for your order that was made incorrectly and they'll change their mind and tell you that you have to pay for the order they made wrong after they take your receive and throw your food to the garbage!!! WARNING **** My experience: I Ordered a veggie cantina bowl with no cheese no sour cream no avocado ranch , 3 chalupas with beans no cheeses no sour cream, 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito with no cheese and received a wrong order: I received a Catina bowl veg with no rice And 2 cheesy bean burritos with cheese when I ordered no cheeses I called so that I can get it remade I went through the drive thru told me to pull over to the window the cashier lizbeth G told me they would remake it and I gave her my receipt and the food that was made incorrectly and they told me to pull over so that they can attend their other costumers so after 8 min they remade the cantina bowl and the 2 bean and rice burritos but made the rice and beans burrito with cheese again so I had to go back to the drive thru and ask them to remake them and she told me she would not charge me so I pull up to the window give her the burritos that were made incorrectly again and she threw them away and after 2 min the manager comes and tells me they cannot make them because they have to charge me for them because they are remaking them? I think that was not a great way to solve the problem especially when I the costumer paid for 2 burritos that were never made correctly and especially after they told me they wouldn't charge me for remaking them after they threw the burritos away so I just gave them free money for something I never received. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They lost a customer will never be going back ever! I'd rather drive to the Taco Bell in brooks and have my order done right and get better customer service there! Just waisted gas going back all the way from my house for nothing plus lost money on my order! I didn't want to argue with the manager and left with nothing!!
