I'm pretty much stuck in line for 45 minutes with 3 cars in front at the beginning...these people are the slowest ever to put a freaking taco together. The SLOWEST STAFF EVER! If you want to get to work the next day I recommend any other Taco Bell but this one! read more

So craving Toco Bell tonight after a long day of work. Usually a simple thing. So I pull into the drive through in Youngsville. After an amazing level of arrogance, from an employee and manager which is way too long to explain in detail. All I can say is none of it was necessary or deserved. When I realized I was dealing with multiple people who had questionable intelligence, I choose to just leave. Went across the street and got McDonalds without any issue. So my take and advise: Running a drive through at a fast food restaurant can be a daunting and busy job at times. However one thing it is not; is complicated. Take the order, take the money and serve the order. Rinse and repeat and be polite while doing so. Anything else is outside the scope of your job. Who ever owns this franchise needs to take a very hard look at what they are doing or who they have working for them. This was around 8:30 PM on 3-22-2025. I will never return to this location again. I seldom take the time to write negative reviews, however this situation was just simply unnecessary and people really should avoid this location if possible. read more

I don't know who was making the food tonight but OMG!!! I did an online order and went through drive-thru. The person at the window was so polite, pleasant, and friendly. She verified my order and the name on the order. Then the Second Lady came to the window with my food. When I got home my soft taco cheese was melted to perfection. Next my Chalupa was actually warmed up it wasn't cold as it has been before. (One of the main reasons I am writing a review). I haven't gotten to my burrito yet but I already know that will be good as well. I love the $5.00 box great for a budget and enough food for dinner and lunch the next day.. to whom made my food on Sept 4 between 11-1130PM thank you you definitely came to work today and wanted to work. Me and a friend decided to drop by here today for a quick bite to eat, moment we walked in it was like a ghost town no one in sight, so we ordered and then went and sat down, I didn't notice it till then but the place was filthy, dust and dirt all over the floor ,tables not clean drink counter had trash all over it, someone put our food on the counter after about 10 min and then ran to the back again the food was subpar and we didn't get some of the sauces we ordered we were gonna ask for more but there was no employee in sight, we ate and hastily left, will never return again. read more

They run out of a lot of things they are not prepared for anything. They blame it on the fact that the warehouse is out of things but other Taco Bell's have them. The get the orders wrong and complain when you ask them to fix the problem. read more

We purposefully drive further away to go to this restaurant instead of the Taco Bell closer to our house because the service and order accuracy are very good! I love Taco Bell. It's one of my favorite places to eat. I live in Youngsville where we don't have a ton of options. I was extremely excited when I heard that a Taco Bell was going to be opening in Youngsville. Woohoo...I no longer have to drive 15 minutes to get to the location in Wake Forest! The location opened and my family and I have been there multiple times. We had minor complaints during each visit but nothing too egregious. I usually order an Enchirito which is covered in red sauce. I have never received a fork from this location. Not a huge deal since I go through the drive thru and I have forks at home. We also regularly do not get napkins or straws. The food, compared to other Taco Bells, is mediocre. The convenience of driving 4 minutes to get to this location as opposed to 15 minutes to Wake Forest still had me coming back. Tuesday night is my closing night at work. I usually stop by Taco Bell on the way home. Last Tuesday, 8/8/2017 at around 9:15pm, I stopped at the Taco Bell and got in line at the drive thru. There was a vehicle in front of me and a vehicle behind me. The driver of the vehicle in front of me and the Taco Bell worker working the drive thru apparently knew each other and were talking. It seems the driver of the vehicle in front of me didn't recognize the voice of the Taco Bell worker and mentioned something to her. The Taco Bell worker said "yeah, I have to sound white while I'm working the drive thru". She said this twice through the drive thru speaker and her and the car in front of me shared a laugh. The vehicle behind me left immediately after I heard the drive thru worker make those comments and I followed right behind them. I do not know if the vehicle behind me heard the comment or not...the TB worker and customer were not talking for a long period of time so I do not think they left due to a long wait. When I arrived home, I called the Taco Bell location to complain. I asked for a manager and was connected with female employee. She said she can't give me any compensation (which I didn't want or ask for) and understands why I'm "pissed off". She then said she would speak to the employee. I was a little stunned that a 'manager' would use the term "pissed off" when talking to a customer on the phone. I was speaking calmly and mainly was just calling to let them know they are losing business. The next day I was doubting that I spoke to a manager the night before and I decided to email Taco Bell. I emailed them and let them know about my experience. That was on Wednesday 8/9. I have not heard anything back from the company...not even a 'thank you for your input...but we don't really care" email. Very disappointing. read more
