This is my "home" Chipotle where I've had most of my 4,720 burrito bowls over the last 15 years. The physical plant is in need of an upgrade. No significant upgrades have been made to the store since it opened. I've suggested this to corporate and regional management but nothing yet. Christine has been the manager here for a year. She has put together a great team that's stayed pretty stable for the past year. It also has a "family" atmosphere, since Dasia has been a manager there for 13+ years. Her husband works there, as does her brother. They do a tremendous job of putting out consistently high-quality food in a dated environment with dated equipment. There is plenty of parking surrounding the pizza and tables inside if you want to dine in. The drinks are self serve with fountain drinks and other beverages. Napkins and utensils are also located in their area. Chipotle offers bowls with your choice of protein and toppings such as salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Toppings like guacamole are an extra charge. They also offer burritos, chips, etc. I came in right when the restaurant opened and the employees were ready to serve me. I ordered the chicken bowl with rice and toppings. Unfortunately some of the pieces of chicken were burnt. All of the other toppings were ok but the taste of the over cooked chicken in every other bite messed up my meal. The portion size of the bowls are large enough so that depending on your appetite you may have leftovers for later. read more

Chipotle branch at North Hills in Raleigh, NC, serves at least 20-30% smaller portions than other branches. The workers are indifferent and occasionally rude teenagers who don't care about the quality of the service. I was told by one of them that they were out of vinaigrette. I took a look behind them and saw at least 100 containers of it! I realized that the server wanted to finish my order quickly rather than correctly. I mentioned this to him, yet he acted as if he didn't hear me. I asked another person and he handed me some. This is not the first time, I see the indifferent attitude and significantly smaller portions. I won't buy my meals, and similarly, I don't recommend anyone buying their meals from this branch. Delicious, as always! We beat the lunch rush (boy, is there a rush!) and grabbed seats before it filled up. Food was fresh, employees very polite and all smiled a lot. My salad was yummy, as always. The chicken was a bit too spicy for me today (I'm a spicy lightweight), but overall it was a terrific meal. Parking lot was packed by the time we left and traffic was picking up - this shopping center gets very busy at lunch or dinner time. Good, solid spot for lunch! read more

This was quite possibly the worst experience Ive ever had online ordering. This chipotle will only serve quality food in person. After placing a moblie order well in advance, I go to pick it up and the service was horrible. The woman packing orders was going incredibly slow, and when I asked her if she had completed an order for *insert name* she said "Oh nah but Ill start that now." Keep in mind this order was said to be ready at or before the time I arrived. When I finally did get my food, the kids meal was missing BOTH its chocolate milk, and the chips. They also put the chicken on the side? When you order a kid's quesadilla the choice of meat goes IN the tortilla. They put the kids meal box in UPSIDE DOWN which then caused bean juice to spill everywhere when I opened it. I have not been this impressed with a Chipotle in quite a long time. The food obviously being the same as other locations didn't necessarily stand out, the level of professionalism and service did. Although the customer in front of me was trying to manipulate the menu and get something for almost nothing, the staff maintained a very clear and professional position when responding to her. I like the taste of @ChipotleTweets as they are a good Tex-Mex establishment. They have an open kitchen so you can see them as the cook the meats, and your food is prepared made to order right in front of you as you order. This is a nice location with outdoor seating, and the staff was friendly. I really like the taste of Chipotle's chips as they have a hint of lime to them. The downside to the chips, they are not included with your meal like at Moe's or Tijuana flats. They cost an extra $3.25 or so. If they came with the chips, I think it would be a lot better. #320 read more

Amazingly fresh, colorful, delicious food that you can feel good about eating. Chipotle is attempting to revolutionize the ff industry, and they're off to a brilliant start. The food at Chipotle is consistently good and of high quality. I have tried about everything on the menu, but on this occasion I sampled the Fajita Burrito with Carnitas. I always go for the additional guacamole on everything I order, just because I cannot say not to the green stuff! The burritos are packed to the brim and the server has to use two hands to tuck and fold it into the silver wrapper. They are generally the size of a child's head. Very filling indeed. (No, I have not eaten a child's head before, just merely comparing sizes.) The location is staffed with friendly associates and is always clean and has an assortment of Tabasco sauces to jazz up your selections. Boo loves him some Chipotle, so deciding on dinner the other night, we decided on take out from here. Thanks to the convenient order online feature, I ordered it before I left the house & drove the 10 minutes to the restaurant. It was 6:10 when I ordered & they said it would be ready at 6:30. They were busy. Lots of families dining & waiting in line. When I arrived, I had hoped maybe my order would be ready. But nope, they hadn't even started making it yet. So I waited about five minutes. I got my food after this wait & brought it home. Boo enjoyed his chicken burrito bowl, but my steak tacos were just ok. Not to mention they fell apart. The chips were just ok, too. Any Chipotle is inherently awesome, parking at this one is atrocious, and the people are not that friendly. They don't have a lot of vegan or vegetarian options. The chips are way to salty. Most spacious chipotle I've seen. Very nice! The atmosphere is nice but need better food options and more gluten free for people. Terrible service! 0 stars! I placed my preorder at 6:20 pm and set the pick up time for 6:30 pm. I arrived around 7:00 pm and my preorder still is not made. One online order can't be made in a 40 minute time span. My ticket was just laying on the counter. I understand it's understaffed in every restaurant. However, the employees there need to pay better attention to detail. I would have ordered in person if i wanted to wait in line for an additional 10 minutes. Pleasantly surprised by this chain. I was half-expecting something similar to Moe's (ugh) but I'm so glad Chipotle is much better. Most of the ingredients they use are fresh, unprocessed, and locally sourced. The menu is pretty straight forward and you can customize whatever you choose to your liking. I had a chicken burrito, and it was HUGE! It definitely defeated me because I couldn't finish it, but not for lack of trying. Everything tasted great. The chicken was moist, and the hint of cilantro on the rice was a nice touch. Unfortunately, after I finished my meal, I decided to check out some calorie info on my phone and was shocked to discover the burrito is over 1,000 calories. Yikes! I will definitely slim it down next time by choosing the delicious-looking burrito bowl that I saw most people devouring. I went to Chipotle after their E. coli crisis and took the risk because I had a free burrito coupon. I got a burrito bowl with carnitas and barbacoa along with guacamole. Since I did double meat and guac, my burrito bowl would've been $13! The barbacoa was seasoned very well, and was juicy and tender. The carnitas was also pull apart tender as well. Both meats, however, made my bowl soggy because of all the juice and was almost like eating a burrito soup. This location also seemed to not give as much rice and beans as other locations. The rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. The guacamole was good and they do give a lot, but it's still pricey to add on. Overall, the burrito bowl was satisfying and good, but just not worth the price to me. If personally prefer other places that give you free chips and salsa and even a drink for the same price. read more

Most locations are high pace and the workers are trying to get you in and out. This location is no different besides the fact that every time i come they mess up my order. Today i asked for my guac and sour cream on the side and i got all the home just to find out that they were in fact in the bowl.... completely ruined my bowl for me. First off, you have to understand, the food is amazing, delicious, fresh, but it's also real food; unprocessed food from family farms with naturally raised, hormone free, organic meats. Yes, kiddies, it's fast food. My favorite is the carnitas. And if you care about where your food comes from, read this from their website: "Chiplote uses naturally raised pigs from a select group of farmers. These animals are not confined in stressful factories. They live outdoors or in deeply bedded pens, so they are free to run, roam, root and socialize. They are not given antibiotics." Last night I went to Chipotle with my boyfriend hoping to get chicken tacos and a chicken burrito for the two of us. It was around 9:30 and they only had enough chicken for two tacos. My boyfriend does not eat red meat so pork and beef were not an option for him. When he asked if a piece of chicken could be cooked for him they said the grill was already turned off. They asked if any meet could be substituted for the chicken and I took barbacoa so that he could have the chicken option. What made matters worse, after a scarce chicken burrito and 3 reluctant barbacoa tacos, we were still charged full price instead of charging for chicken meals. I love Chipotle! Chipotle is such a great choice for fast food that is healthy and tastes great! Their menu is simple and straightforward. Although there is typically a line at lunchtime, it moves quickly. I have come to like a specific blend of ingredients that is not a strict menu choice and the staff never think twice about making my burrito the way I like it (other similar restaurants complain when you don't order something straight off of their menu and warn "that will be extra" when I request peppers and onions). Each time I go here I swear I will only eat half of the burrito and save the rest for later, but somehow I always manage to put away about 3/4. In my defense, I get mine without rice, so I guess I don't fill up as quickly. Their barbacoa is my favorite: I haven't been able to find a shredded beef choice like this at similar places (Qdoba, Moe's, etc.) So that's just the food...who would have known that they actually have pretty great margaritas (and cheap...$4 I think...WOW)! I love that they have alcohol options at a place like this. It can be an inexpensive healthy dinner on the go and you can still even get a drink that is better than at some bars! Chipotle is a staple favorite that I will continue to enjoy. read more
