Does not get your order right never gets it right the food never is right A customer service is bad. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

TERRIBLE!! 1.5hr and they are out of everything! Prepaid on app, so I had to wait for my food or lose my money. When I finally reached the window they gave me only part of my order. When I honked the horn and they came back 5 minutes later, I informed them what I was missing. "We're out of that." Why didn't you tell me that? Refund? No. You can take your food and leave MY drive through. Good bye and good riddance. read more

Went yesterday and went in seen a few new faces . Morning shift they were so friendly and the food was fresh and hot and very good. Was nice a clean this time . There was a dark hair woman working pretty sure she was a manager because of her shirt and there was a blonde hair manager there as well they both seem to care about this place and which I've been going there for a long time and never seen the dinning room look so amazing . And the environment was great they are very friendly and hardworking . From what I seen yesterday . Me and my daughter will be going back again soon glad to see a change in this place . Absolutely horrible. Waited well over 15 minutes for a single meal in the lobby 5:36pm 6/10/2024 Plenty of the stuff was in the back doing everything but their job. Looked like a workers friend was in and out of the back as well. Too many other places to choose, I will not be back. read more

Check. Your. Order. They get my order right 1 out of 10 times. You'll get hair in your food 2 out of 10 times. A couple weeks ago I pulled a 7 inch long hair out of my taco after it got tangled in my teeth. It tasted like hair spray. read more

I eat Taco Bell pretty regularly, but this restaurant is definitely not one of the best. The only time I ever get through the drive-through line with any amount of haste is in the morning during their breakfast hours. Any other time of day, the drive-through takes so long that to call it fast food at this point would be an egregious error. More times than not I'm left sitting at the first window waiting several minutes to pay because there is nobody there, (although a half dozen people always walk by,) and if that's not the case, the line moves incredibly slowly. Going inside isn't much better. While the people at the window and cash register are generally very personable and polite, the staff in the kitchen move at a glacial pace and they all look like they'd rather be submerged in sewer water. If it's deserted inside with no orders ahead of you and nobody behind you, you can still expect to wait 10-15 minutes for a small order. And, for the love of god, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I always ask for no sour cream and the majority of the time, I have to take the order back or leave the drive-through immediately and go inside. It's honestly ridiculous. I'm never disappointed at breakfast, (and the food is always delicious once I get it,) but avoid this place like the plague for dinner if you want any kind of substitutions, omissions, or a fast-paced wait. read more

I would give 4.5 stars, IF the person I had through the drive thru was polite. Food was correct, however I ordered cinnamon twists and they were completely upside down in the bag (I understand it happens sometimes). I've always loved Taco Bell, especially this one since it is close to home, but friendliness was low. Possibly it was a bad night or just one person, but still rude. read more
