Well, this is both bittersweet of a review but this take out facility has its good and ugly side. Let's review the bad side, the long wait in the drive thru....I've sat in line, trapped with no way out, on several times for over 40 mins! The staff seem content with their lack of efficiency and customer service, never even giving a apology when you get to the window. I've even had a time when they "closed" over an hour before the posted time and wouldn't take any orders but their lights were on and they were inside in the office (you can see it from the drive thru window), laughing and watching some video on their computer screen. When I honked they yelled at me, "we are closed" and gave me the "throat slitting hand language". Now, the good part....the food is usually, amazing. The beans and cheese are usually phenomenal. So if you are willing to accept the long wait, rude staff, it may be worth it. As for me, I'm done with being treated in that way and haven't returned back. read more

I think this place does not have good food and service is not good at all. My grandson went to order food for us. Wait time was over 30 mins. He did not get his drink that he ordered and also did not get his burritos. He ordered me a sprite and it does not taste like a sprite. I got my original tacos and the meat was extremely salty and the wrapper was soaked in grease. When wrapper was opened the grease ran off the paper. I will never order anything again from there. Worst tacos I have ever eaten. I rate at 1 or below. Evidently the employees at this taco Bueno do not care about their job. Stuck in the drive thru for 30 mins with no way out while temps are around 100 degrees and the AC in my old work truck gave out. Needless to say by the time I got my food I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. I will NOT be returning to Taco Bueno! read more

Quality has gone way down hill in the last decade. It's constantly dirty and the workers have a bad attitude. Food is never up to temp.

I used to love chicken potato burritos but they have change the quality of the chicken. It used to be sliced pieces of chicken with some type of hash brown or tots served inside of it. But now it's served with shredded chicken that has no flavor and weird texture. They used to fill this burrito up with fried potatoes but now you just hope for the best. It's not the locations fault but it seems the corporation is trying to cut back on cost and unfortunately my favorite burrito was sacrificed. read more

If there was a zero star option, that's what I would choose. I waited in the drive thru for OVER AN HOUR on a Tuesday night, and several people ahead of me bailed as soon as i got in the line. The staff seemed to be taking their sweet time. Not so much as an "I'm sorry we're really busy today" at the window. Didn't even say thanks for waiting in line for over an hour when he gave me my food or a "here's your order". Nothing. Not to mention there was someone in the kitchen just standing around laughing, not helping MAKE FOOD whatsoever. The drive thru at this location has always been slow. And by slow I mean better gas up your car before you go because 30 min wait times aren't unusual. It's almost like they have taken it as a challenge to be the slowest drive thru in the world. Foods ok but not great. I rarely order here unless I have to. read more

Only one register open, and countless people in the back, who may I add ARE NOT wearing hair nets. There was a line to the door of people. We waited 10-15 minutes for our food. If you are unlucky enough to get stuck in their drive through, you will be waiting in line for a minimum of 20 minutes but more likely 30 minutes. They just sold me an always brand water from Walmart with my combo. The food was terrible! The meat tasted like it was sitting in water and was all soggy. The oil and soggy chips and taco shells were so bad that we couldn't eat. 20$ for two combos and it was all thrown in the trash read more

In drive through when cockroache flew into my car, could only eat a few bites of potato burrito so old were the potatoes they were not just very crunchy they were stale, after that black bean burrito was falling apart from poor wrap job and the contents looked like it had been in grease all day. Used to be good. Food quality is poor. Gunk growing on ceiling tiles. The other tiles are sagging from being wet. TV has been on the same no signal picture for years now. Pico smells bad and black. Cheese is chalky. Other taco Bueno places are much better. read more

I love Taco Bueno, and this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. Guacamole is old and so salty had to throw it out. Chiladas were cold, beans cold. They should lose their franchise here. Pretty good mex fast food (better than Taco Bell and Taco Tico anyway). We've always gotten the Bueno chilada platter and it was always good until a few years ago they changed their cheese sauce to save a few cents I guess and it's not as good but still passable. Pretty slow drive-thru service and the dining area is always dirty (floors, tables, seats, bathrooms) even when it's cleared out and there are plenty of employees. Not sure if it's the same management or not but it's been that way for years. Just can't imagine being the manager of a restaurant and not putting overall cleanliness as my #1 priority. read more

If you order through the drive thru make sure you have your full order before leaving window. We received a little under half of our order and no drinks. The mexi chips and dips had no guacamole and an unacceptable amount of chips. They replaced the guacamole with a small cup in replacement for the guacamole shell. The food that was given was short on ingredients. The veggie rice bowl was a side of rice, not even close to a meal, and they even shorted the beans and some ingredients involved with the rice bowl. I know for a fact we were not the only people this happened to, there were cars in front and behind us that had to circle back around. i order the wholelotta platter at the claremore restaurant and every time i do, they leave the chips out. news flash, the cheese ain't any good without the chips. this time the also left out the guacamole and the sour cream as well as the chips. if you get food to go, check it before you leave the store. and that's why fast food workers won't be seeing $15 an hour. read more
