Quality has gone way down hill in the last decade. It's constantly dirty and the workers have a bad attitude. Food is never up to temp.

This place sucks it takes to long to order and takes WAY to long to get your food and I would probably hire new staff or hire a new manager

Staff was not overly friendly. Food was acceptable, if sloppy. Kinda slow. Just eh. -Sort of standard for Claremore fast food, it seems.

I like this more than Taco Bell but sometimes the beef is too greasy. I wish they would fix it because it could be great.

Decided to give this place another shot. Although it really took a ridiculous amount of time to get our food, the quality had improved.

Your typical fast food service. Taco Bueno is much better than Taco Bell in food terms. Try anything on the menu.

The salsa was a good texture and the spice was mild, just like I enjoy. Monday is enchilada Monday. I got chicken & spinach enchiladas in a poblano cream sauce and it was delightful. The sauce was unique but that chicken! I think the chicken is grilled very nicely to bring out such a great flavor. The rice is good. I'd eat here again! Oh and bonus points for cute bathroom decor. I really got a kick out of the ladies room pics of cats. I wish I would have gotten a peek at the mens room which I'm sure had more pics of dogs. I love the sense of humor.

I hit the door right at 11:45 and was promptly seated, swapping a menu, chips and salsa for a drink order and a small queso. The menu is reasonably large, but not overly so. Plenty of options to choose from for almost anyone. I'd already seen they had Chile Verde on the menu, so I zeroed in on that like a fat dog on a chicken leg. Almost immediately, the queso hit the table. The salsa was out of this world good. I seriously almost ordered a pint to go, it was so good. Not hot at all, but rich with tomato flavors and subtle heat and spices. The queso was thin, and stayed workable throughout the meal, which is a huge plus for me. Flavorwise, it was slightly rich, very Monetery Jack flavored with noticeable hints of jalapeno. Great queso. My entree hit the table quickly, while I was still face deep in queso and chips. Beatifully plated, I hoped the taste lived up to the appearance.... and it did. While it was all good, surprisingly the rice turned out to be the unexpected star. It takes effort to make a simple rice dish standout like this. Light and fluffy, the flavor was borderline intense, for rice. It had a hearty undertone that I couldn't place, but I loved it. A lot. Nothing but rice... no corn, no peas, no nonsense, no kidding. The Chile Verde was outstanding. Probably one of the top three I've had in the area. Not sure if they slow cooked the pork with the sauce like is proper, but if I can't tell, then I'm not gonna care. The meat was properly shredded, tender and moist, and full of both meaty and saucy flavor. The beans were also really well done. Well colored (not gray), and with some noticable flavoring in the chile powder spectrum, I dipped chips into them until they were gone. Overall, nothing about my experience was less than great. My server was amenable enough, but didn't really engage in any interaction. No issues there, just a difference in styles, that didn't detract at all. With the queso and an iced tea, the bill was just over $22, and for what I got, I came away quite satisfied.

It's well-worn but clean. Staff is quick and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. You'll leave full, but not bloated. I've been a fan of El Rio Verde for many years and always look forward to eating here. It's not a large place and only has perhaps four or five booths and a half-dozen tables, and it fills up fast at lunch. They're known for their "Wet Burrito," but the enchiladas and burritos are also outstanding. The refried beans are fresh and made in-house. The salsa is freshly made too and very good, but not memorable like the food. You'll see people from all walks of life eating here - couples, single moms with children, police officers, business people, blue collar workers, and everyone in-between. If you want really good Mexican food that is not TexMex or from a chain restaurant, try this place! You won't regret it! One of my favorite places in Tulsa. However, as of this review, be aware that Utica Avenue, just east of the restaurant, has been blocked to north-bound traffic only for water main replacement, so getting into the neighborhood is easier than leaving. Plan to go toward downtown on the service road next to I-244 for most efficient egress.

We had to ask for both multiple times after receiving our meal and only got the silverware packages. Couldn't eat without it.... We also had to request more chips and water as well. But they were not very busy... Husband ordered a frozen margarita which took a very long time to arrive. Our server told us management would compensate us for the wait but "didn't make it to change our ticket before we paid our bill." Our server unfortunately spilled a full glass of lemonade. It spilled on myself, husband, our kids backpack and the next table. We left sticky, no way to clean up was offered. Nothing was provided other than verbal apologies. Spoke with management at the end as we left and the manager "had no idea any of this happened." Needless to say we will not be back, which is sad bc our kids love "the pink place."

Hey Chuy's We…read morerecently visited Chuy's and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our family waited 45 minutes to be seated, all while there were multiple empty tables visible throughout the restaurant. This was not a one-time situation--this is the second time this has happened to us at this location. Manager Kristina was handling seating herself, and while we understand things can get busy, the lack of efficiency and awareness during that time was very noticeable. Waiting that long with open tables available reflects poor organization and a lack of customer care. What made it even more frustrating is that in the past, this was a place we truly enjoyed, largely because of the quality of service. Since some of the staff we used to see are no longer there, the difference in service is very clear. Because of repeated experiences like this, we won't be returning.
