The sauce was thin to the point of being soupy, with little to no curry presence. The dish had no body, no warmth, no layering of flavor just water where there should have been depth. Even the rice was off, adding nothing to salvage the plate. These are foundational dishes in Caribbean cuisine. My husband ordered the wahoo cooked medium-rare, while I had the grouper. Both were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. We couldn't leave without dessert, so we ordered the Coco Taco.
