This is our neighborhood Taco Casa and it's our favorite Taco Casa location. We either dine inside or go through the drive-thru at least once a week sometimes more frequently. We've never had a screwed-up order. We've always received excellent customer service and we've never visited the restaurant when the inside and restrooms were not spotless. There crispy tacos are always packed full of meat, veggies and cheese. In fact my only complaint is that sometimes there's too much cheese. Also I love the Chilada's and Taco Burgers, as well as the many burritos that are on the menu. We also love visiting Taco Casa since we get free drinks since we're seniors. All you have to do is ask even if you're using the drive-thru. It saves us almost $5.00 on every visit.

Shame on TACO CASA . For a long time they stop putting a decent amount of meat in their TACOS! ITS ALL LETTUCE period. I won't go back until they put enough meat in their tacos.Sad to be so greedy. I'd rather pay more to have enough meat on them. Very disappointed in this company.

DANG! Step it up Taco Casa! Taco Casa used to be the best place to get fresh tacos full of meat cheese and lettuce. Not anymore! This what they now believe tacos should look like. Be warned

More tortilla than beans or cheese!!!

Sad to see many locations going the route of Taco Bell as a corporation grows. Portions of cheese used to be notable, burritos used to be filled with beans. That one more than Luke warm. All these locations need to go to the Garland taco Casa off Broadway to see how it's done properly!! Try another location in Collins because this one is really more missed and hit lately!

Taco Casa use to be so much better. they have raised their prices so much that you could go to a sit down restaurant for the same price or less. Then when you get the food, they barely put anything in the tortilla!

One of the 3 worst Taco Casa's in the metroplex. Consistently screws up orders, tortillas are typically firm around the edges, and they don't drain the beef grease nearly enough. It's obvious it's a free for all with little to no proper training.

Slow and sloppy. 25 min for two tacos. Do not go at night time!!! Whoever owns this location needs to make some changes!

I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine. I have a new favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Arlington/North Texas. I offer my highest recommendation of Mariano's Hacienda Ranch in Arlington, Texas, at Hwy 360 & Majesty Drive. I can't wait to go back (especially for the Mesquite grilled Tex-Mex meals).

Unfortunately, I've visited twice now and the service has been practically nonexistent both times. The hostesses are always very welcoming, but once we get to the table, the experience completely changes. Both times, our servers acted like they would rather be doing anything else and that we were inconveniencing them just by being there. It's disappointing because the food and drinks are good enough to make me want to come back, but the service makes it hard to justify another visit.

I just hate how servers nowadays thinking they get 20% for doing nothing... wish that would change.
