Do not ever go here please. First off they don't seem to understand u in drivethru and then charge you for things u didn't order. The manager is an awful cow. Would not give me the name of there supervisor which by the way I have never heard before and would not refund me my money because I drove off but got back in line not 2 mins later. We had coupons from the rangers game. The staff was so friendly and when we allowed our young kids to order, the cashier took the time to listen to each one of them. We had 5 kids from 11 to 4 years in age. That means a lot to parents, and they served us great food. We will be contacting their Corp on the great service and quality. Free kids cinnamon chips for the kids. Everything was spot on and that is a rarity these days in fast food. read more

This place is great! The place is brand new and looks fantastic. They have a tremendous amount of space, so you can bring groups and will be comfortable. People were incredibly friendly from when I walked up to counter, ordered, and people coming by to check on me at the table. Frankly, I get better service here than most of the restaurants I go to which wait on you. They were busy and my order was hot and fresh in just a few minutes. Bottom line, this is great place to eat and I will return. read more

I have had a long week and, like many other individuals, I just wanted a quick solution for a meal for my family after this week. Stopped at this location despite having suffered this same "mistake" before, and decided to try it since it was what my three children wanted. Got the food, drove home (10 minute drive in this Texas heat), and found that I was missing an item. And not the cheap one. My meat burrito - a $3.19 item - was missing. Called the store and was answered by a young man stating his name was Eric and he was the manager on duty. I asked for a refund and was told to bring all the food back and he'd give me the money. I said I don't want to bring the food I received back, I just wanted to be refunded the amount that I paid for and was not in the bag. He just repeated to bring the food back and he would give me my money followed with "know what I'm saying". Obviously, he did NOT know what I was saying. So, I asked for corporates number. He said they don't have that information in store. Working fast food before and working in retail now, I know that's unlikely. So, I asked for another manger and was told that a general manager would be there the next morning, a woman named Cindy. Long story short, I felt completely disrespected and disgusted by the service I received, as well as the banner in which it was delivered. I have worked fast food and when I did we always checked the order before passing it to the customer. Obviously, this location - possibly the franchise - does NOT know this little trick that can keep customers happy and deliver the food that was ordered in the first place. November 9, 2021 7:39pm, the manager was rude and disrespectful to me. I ordered my food and then told the manager previously my order ( a few days ago) was missing the peppers on the side. It's a bad feeling to get home and some of the order is missing. I asked if she could add additional pepper to make up from the previous order. The manager stated "I can't give nothing" she asked if I had the receipt from the previous order; "I said no, but I come here all the time". The manager proceeded to stated "I can't give anything for free" I asked what is your name? The manager stated "no she is not giving her name" I said well I will have to go online and write a review. The manager stated "go ahead online and write a review". It was very clear that the manger did not care about me (the customer) and didn't seem to care about the restaurant reputation! I ordered 2 tacos and sweet tea. The order was ready quickly and an employee assisted be to a table. Tacos were hot and filled with meat, lots of cheese and lettuce. I love the sweet tea ! Dining area was clean, no empty dirty tables an everything seemed well stocked. Great Job- A full restaurant GM. read more

Idk I passed by this place once and I saw the menu and decided not to get anything. There wasn't many options... then the other day I passed by again and said... well... I won't know till I try it. So I ordered a childa and the regular nachos. When I opened the nachos it was just tortilla chips with a container that had cheese in it. That's called chips and queso... not nachos. Then I tasted the chilada and it was salty as could be! I felt like I was eating a tortilla smothered in salt. It wasn't that great to be honest the cheese ontop is just like shredded cheese and not the kind that gets melted so godly that when you put your fork in it the cheesy is stringy and cheesy, no. It's hard and melted and it gets cold so fast it looks like the cheese is made of plastic. The ground beef tasted not quality wise. In other words it tasted like soy beef. I did enjoy the dr. Pepper though. Definitely will not come back the food was not good at all. The location looks nice and the employees are great. The food not so much. read more
