work night shift as a nurse and have ordered the Spicy Deluxe Meal during breakfast hours at this location twice before without any issues. However, during my most recent visit, a manager named Leo and Allison told me they could not accommodate the order. Since this has been allowed in the past--and I'm currently six months pregnant and have been craving this during the nightshift --it was disappointing and inconvenient to receive inconsistent service. I would appreciate clarification regarding the location's policy and more consistency moving forward. read more

They were so busy quizzing me on what I ordered despite driving the car that was on the order ahead drive thru order and giving them my name that they didn't even give me my sauces. Why are you quizzing me? Maybe make sure you have my whole order before quizzing me on what's in it? read more

I will say I'm super disappointed in this location they gave me cold fries with my meal I called and was told to hold on to the fries until I can come back in and they will replace them ...unacceptable , the fact that you think I would hold old food in my house is insane .I will not eat here again . read more

We came here expecting a playground, but it's an uncovered patio with tables and chairs. Other than that, we had a great breakfast experience. The place is clean and the team friendly, just as we have all come to expect from Chick-fil-A. read more

I ordered a Market Salad with spicy grilled chicken. I always go & get the same salad, probably weekly. I get home today & the salad is completely wrong. It's a southwest salad! No spicy chicken. Kind service always by the crew! I really appreciate that from restaurants especially those in the fast food sector. The food taste good always never encountered a issue with the quality of the food being provided. I've never dined inside the restaurant so I can't speak for the ambiance of the location but drive thru works hard to provide fast and speedy service. Last time I went saw some customers being very rude to the employees and my heart felt a little sad being a fast food employee myself I felt the pain. But it's okay because they maintained their composure and continued providing great service to all! read more

Oh my goodness Chick-fil-A is Delicious!! I absolutely LOVE their grilled chicken sandwich! They also have the best yogurt with just the right amount of strawberries and blueberries. Not all Chik Fil A's taste the same. This one in Sunnyvale, the food is awesome. It's hot, fresh and good tasting. The line does not move as fast as some of the others but it's quick enough. I would have given it a 5 star but they got our drinks wrong on two different occasions. read more
