A manager identified as Justin and another cashier began arguing about the situation in front of customers. Instead of calmly explaining any policy, the discussion turned into an awkward back-and-forth between staff members while we stood there waiting. The entire interaction became uncomfortable and embarrassing, and it felt like we were being treated as if we had done something wrong simply for asking to use the restroom while waiting to order. If the restaurant has a policy that restrooms are only for paying customers, that's completely understandable. However, there was no visible sign anywhere explaining that policy. Situations like this should be handled professionally and respectfully, especially when customers are already in line to make a purchase. What could have been a simple moment of customer service instead turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience. I hope management reviews how staff communicate policies with customers and considers posting clear signage about restroom access so situations like this can be avoided in the future.

I was asked if I wanted red or green salsa. I asked for something not spicy. The girl said oh I'll get you something else. I wish I would have asked for more then one because it was some of the best salsa I've ever had. The colors of the red tomatoes and the green salsa were bright. No spice but packed with freshness and so delicious. It had lots of cilantro which is one of my favorite herbs. The flautas had long chicken strips in side. The slide out when you took a bite so I ended up eatting the chicken and the shell separately. The shell was perfectly crunchy and had a sweetness to it that I really enjoyed. The chicken didn't have much flavor but that didn't matter because I used that delicious salsa. The beans were fantastic. The rice was basic. If I had more salsa I'd season it with that.
