The summer rolls and calamari were good, you could taste the freshness of the veggies and shrimp. I wish the calamari had been a bit crispier and seasoned with a touch more salt and pepper, but it was still very good. The real reason I'll be coming back is the pho broth. Some people might describe it as slightly sweet, but to me, it had a rich, balanced flavor. The medium was just a hint of heat, while the extra hot made my head sweat. The person working there mentioned they couldn't do two different spice levels for an order of tenders+side, but only if I ordered sliders+side. Really not sure why they operate that way since the chicken would be prepared the same way. They did write the spice levels on the inside of the lid to distinguish between the two sliders.
