The set up is similar to Chipotle's, but the queso is included (with the bowl, at least). The chips were excellent. The product value has declined significantly since they opened early this year. What you did feels careless and unprofessional. If you know something is not fresh or not worth ordering, you should be upfront from the start, not warn people after the fact. That completely ruins trust and makes me question everything about how your business is run. No one should have to feel like they made a bad choice right after paying because of something the person working there said. It puts me in a position where I feel like I wasted my money and got misled. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone if this is how customers are treated.
