I very seldom eat out and now I can remember why. I can't afford it. One order of super potato old ole's and it cost me over $7. How in the heck do you expect customers to be able to afford that. I am not a big fan of fast food, but I am a huge fan of great customer service and the petite blonde lady that helped us yesterday was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our order was right, even thought the computer had issues and she was exhausted because of so many others failing to show up to work . They got my tacos wrong and didn't have any beef so they gave me chicken and it was white trash chicken it took 45 minutes to get my 6 tacos. horrible place would not recommend. read more

Went here because there was no line and it would be fast. Wrong choice. We got the tacos fast, but they were cold and tasted like shit. Save your money and go to Taco Bell, you may have to wait in a line. But, at least it will be hot and taste good. read more

Potatoes ole!! All I can say is Potatoes Ole Supreme! Think of those hash browns that burger king has. Now put them on a plate and smother them with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, meat, tomatoes, onions, black olives, etc... Not your healthiest fare, but MAN it's good! read more

Food was good, super slow. I have tried going in and the drive thru at lunch. It takes about 30-40 minutes either way. Definitely not "fast" food. And employee with masks under their chin during a global pandemic. read more

We just went to this Taco Bell. Obviously the woman working the window didn't want to be there. Super rude and not friendly at all. Not a very good way to treat out of town customers. Needs to pull a personality out of her pocket! We won't be back and we will tell all our fellow travelers to go somewhere else as well! read more

I should have known better. Their mexi rolls only have about 1/8 tsp of meat and they fill the rest of it with beans even if you order the beef. Their queso is also a big lump of beans and hardly any cheese. Epic fail Taco John's. read more

This Taco Johns is one of the best fast-food taco places in town. Always very friendly staff, quick service and they have never gotten my order wrong. The food is very good, not perfect like most people seem to be expecting but it is good food, real fast! I especially love the Street Tacos and I really hope they continue to serve them. read more

Below is the my complaint to the company. All the Taco Johns in Great Falls are Franchisee's. It took almost 3 weeks to be contacted by management. She did offer me to go out of my way to the Taco Johns on NW. But I opted not to because nowadays people are stupid and I trust no one with my food after a complaint. My original complaint to HQ is below... Never tried Taco John's before. Downloaded the app, made an order of almost $50. Placed order at 6:31 pm & set scheduled curbside p/u at 7 pm. I arrived at 6:49 pm. There were 3 vehicles at drive-thru, 1 guy leaving & 1 guy going inside. Couldn't figure how to check-in so at 6:59 pm I go inside & a guy was getting his order for dine in. I figured mine would be ready. At the register I tell the lady I placed an order with the app, did curbside p/u & couldn't figure out how to check-in. Gave her my name, she went to the back. they said what's the name I yelled my name to them & was told your order is right here we just got it, this was at 7:01pm. He said they just received my order & the app was slow. I kept my cool and waited. I received my order at 7:21 pm. I will take partial blame for not going through my order before leaving, but after such a long delay... It was a large order but attention to detail matters just as much as "fast food". I asked for mild sauce packets, didn't get any, asked for jalapenos, didn't get, ordered soft shell taco, didn't get, ordered sour cream w/ chunky chicken, didn't get, ordered mild sauce in a burrito, didn't get. Tried to call store but recording says mailbox is full. I call (store 9740) to see if there's another number. I explain to the guy & he says, "Go to the window and tell them you want your damn food". I say I'm already home. So he says, "If I were you I would go back, pull up to the window and tell them to give me my f****ng food I ordered". I was like okay thank you bye. So, my first experience at TJ's has order late & an additional 21 minute wait (drive-thru never had more than 3 cars). Order is incorrect, cant contact store & I get vulgarities from a another store about what I should do. I will admit the food was good but the service wasn't even worth 1 star.Tell me why I should go back to Taco Johns after all that. read more

I'd give this no stars, if possible. Tonight I received the absolute worst service. The order was placed ahead of time and I still had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes. Only three employees, one was on her phone, another working the drive through, and the third making food. The entire time I was waiting, my food never even got started on. Eventually the young man making food left to go lock the doors to close the lobby down, though he was repeatedly told by the employee on her phone to make my order. The young man then proceeded to tell me to go around through to the drive thru cause the lobby was closing. Unbelievable!! I go through the drive thru and had to wait AGAIN. When I finally get to the window, SURPRISE, my food STILL ISNT READY. The employee even had the nerve to ask me "what did you order?" SO FRUSTRATING. read more

No, no it is not clean. I work less than two blocks from this place and I have not been back since my first visit. Lordy, even for a Taco John's this place is questionable. Corporate should be ashamed of it. read more
