Everyone who knows me knows I love Chipotle. Any trip to the mainland, and I have to stop by Chipotle at least once; especially since we still don't have one in the islands. However, this location, which appeared to be new, did not live up to my prior experiences. Chiefly among my complaints was the stinginess on the ingredients. Not necessarily the amount of protein which I understand, but more so the garnishments. I mean the amount of rice and lettuce was substantially less than my visits to other Chipotles. read more

Just got the best service ever when going in to pickup a cup of guacamole! BUT Chipotle NEEDS to institute card tipping for both credit/debit as well as gift cards. I felt HORRIBLE not being able to tip this man, considering his great service. The lack of an ability for customers to tip on cards really does go to show how little Chipotle actually cares for it's workers. It's SHAMEFUL and DISGUSTING that a corporation as large as Chipotle does not allow card tipping for their employees. Card tipping is the VERY LEAST a company of that size could do for their workers.... Last I checked, Chipotle does not pay living wages, so I struggle to understand how y'all can even keep employees without that BASIC feature. I don't visit often enough anymore to observe turnover, but I'm sure it's gotten relatively bad in recent years, with cost of living and all. Please install card tipping. read more

The cook would also agree because he was going to town on his freshly prepped fajitas (no gloves) in front of customers before he placed the rest for service. Also, don't bother with the Chipotlane. Food was dished up with incredibly small amounts, no veggies as requested & hot food was cold. The next time, we asked to speak to the manager in charge. What a joke! He was extremely unprofessional, unapologetic & said, quote "We're ALWAYS out of vegetables, even if you order them, ALL the time." We also discussed the very small portions. He said "there's nothing I can do about that." I ordered from this restaurant using DoorDash and my order came 3 hours later at 10:15. My wife and I ordered burrito bowls specifying 7 to 10 items. When the order showed up it was pinto beans covered with sour cream. The next morning I went into the store to try to correct the situation. The franchise owner or manager was not on site. The only management person there was the kitchen manager. He was totally unable to respond to my situation. This location is currently a joke and should not be patronized. This is the worst chipotle location I've been to. I finish the half scoop of rice in two bites, you have to ask for double protein to get enough meat to be full, which is the cost of a second bowl. They're always out of half the ingredients you need to make a bowl. Other chipotles are not like this. They need to step it up or just close down it's pretty sad. read more

Worst customer service of any chipotle I have ever been in. Rude and completely unprofessional. If you order for pick up just know there will be half a dozen employees there when you try to pick up but they won't help you until they have no choice. I watched while 3 separate employees sat and talked while my order got cold. When asked if they could just grab it I was told that's not how it works. By the time I got the food it had been sitting there for a while, was cold, and the employees act like they are doing you a favor by acknowledging your existence. Unless management turns it around, it will be closed by summer. read more

I went inside at 11:30 for lunch, ordered a carne asada burrito. Asked for fajita vegetables, but they were out. Finished my order, came to $17.20. Handed the cashier a $20, she asked if I could use a card, they were running low on change. I said I preferred to use cash, she gave me my $2.80 change back in dimes. I asked if they had any ones, she said no, they were out. I took my 28 dimes, went to get my drink and napkins, but no napkins. I went to the counter to ask for some, they said they ran out. I expressed my frustration, was told "these things happen". Ate my lunch, tasted good but a little cold. Spilled a little but had nothing to clean myself with. Service is slower than molasses and the drive thru is complicated for some to navigate as it seems people are trying to go through the alley to get in the drive thru lane.
