I wish we would have read the reviews before stopping at this location for some delicious potato oles.. Sadly, they are not wrong. We were venturing on our way home and wanted a snack. We knew that the DQ has been closed majority of the times we've been nearby due to no one working. We were excited that there were 4 people working. Something was off when it took 20+ min to get 2 large potato oles!! We thought the drive thru would have been faster, but by reading the other reviews... I don't think it would have. 25 minutes for one fucking burrito get more workers or ones that aren't tweaked out.....

as a former worker of this place very recently to, I ended up quitting because certain employees were smoking fentanyl and once brought up to the manager, it was disregarded & I quit. because for one, they don't help! and two, who would want to work at a place where there's active using going on and contaminating the product, as well as a severe health risk! i can go and go but I think this is enough. read more

By far the worst food experience in a 20 mile radius. Orders are NEVER correct and the staff is clearly not engaged in their customer service. Its truely an embarrassing establishment. My friends and I make bets on how wrong the order will be if we decide to go. Have to be in that mindset though. You can be at the drive through for 20 minutes and no one ever helps you. Customer service is pathetic here but management clearly doesnt care enough to fix it. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like with this little care. Better off going somewhere else. read more

Ordered potato oles and two quesadillas, and it took almost 1/2 hour to get our food, for it to look like it's been sitting in a warmer for hours. Good god if you're on your way up north avoid this place at ALL costs. Took 20 minutes to get our food and we passed our time by watching the comical workers bagging food. One sat stationary at the end of a table only holding a bag open. I could see my food sitting next to the open bag, but i guess it was too complex for him to hold the bag open AND put the tacos in it. In the end, we got a completely wrong order of food we didn't like. Jokes on them though because we got 3 extra tacos and another medium olay that we didn't order. Onamia taco johns is the best fast food experience I've had in 20 years. The place was spotless and organized, the lady taking my order consulted with me on my lunch decision between a chicken quesadilla or a grilled chicken burrito. After confirming she could make a custom accommodation to the quesadilla, I chose that option. I watched the food team prepare my meal with the utmost care and precision. The cook hand delivered my food once he had completed the masterpiece. The food tasted amazing and left me feeling satiated and nourished.
