Best tacos, right in Plaza Rio and close to down town TJ. They offer queso tacos. And their flavored waters are really good, delivered by La Michoacana. It's a clean taco spot, they have a nice restroom and a sink right outside. There is also a small parking lot right behind the building. read more

Amazing tacos, my only complaint would be our waitress. She was a little slow and wasn't checking up on us. She forgot to put in an order of some tacos and one person in our group was the last person to eat. I had two birria tacos, and they where really delicious, nice and flavorful and the meat pulled right apart and was tender. If you can't handle spicy salsas I suggest you ask for the salsa on the side. I figured it wouldn't be spicy and boy was I wrong. By the time I was eating my second taco, I couldn't feel my lips. Still really good Tacos. Ordered an horchata and was disappointing because it wasn't freshly made, it was pre packaged. So if you want fresh horchata don't order any here. read more

Popped down to TJ for the day with some friends. Went to taconazo and had amazing tacos and burritos!! The adobaba tacos I had were delicious and my husband loved the adobada burro - he said it was one of the best burritos he's ever had!! Absolutely recommend eating here if you have the chance. read more

Tacos are good but the service now is bad. Plus the devil worshiping music they play is not appropriate for a restaurant. Leave that at the club. Those guys are all to busy listening and moving to the beat. Service has gone way down. read more

I think the tacos here are good, but in my opinion they are very expensive. I like that they have a variety of tacos like the veggie ones even dough i prefer the meat ones. Love this place this is the spot after a long night of clubbing . The little short waiter with the tatts is super cool and most of the workers are deported and speak fluent English . Hands down my go to spot! No matter the time of day that you need to get your taco craving taken care of, this place is open and ready to feed you tasty, succulent tacos! Over the course of the last year, I've tried the asada, suadero, chorizo and adobada tacos. You can't go wrong with any of them. I'm partial to the adobada, while my daughter sticks with the tender, juicy suadero tacos. Opt for everything on it! During the morning or early afternoon hours, street parking is ample and they do have a small lot for customer use, but lunch time is a mess and I will on occasion drive by giving up on looking for parking. In the evening and late night hours they do have staff helping you find parking and will guide you in and out. As a thank you, $$ tipping is appreciated. Very tasty tacos. Had adobada and carne asada. The adobada is much tastier. Service was slow, server was forgetful, but I'm rating the food more than the service. Green sauce on the adobada is not spicy hot, just very tasty. Parking is extremely limited. I counted five parking spaces, but there is personel to assist you in getting in/out of the tight spots. Really good, street version tacos at a sit down restaurant. Went there mid afternoon on a Saturday.....service is decent....but it's all about the tacos and the manteca......just wish their guacamole was thicker.....but no complaints overall.
