Tacos, and Mexican coke in Mexico hit different!!

I'm from Los Angeles, and I've always been on "the search" in finding the best taco spot in Tijuana. I feel like I might've just found it. El Taconazo as it appears on Apple Maps is my new To Go spot whenever I'm across the border. The tacos were soooo damn good, I got 2 chorizo, 2 asada, and 2 buche with a Mexican coke ... man o' mannn it hit the spot. F the diet I was in here in Los Angeles, when you're in Mexico it should be a crime not to pig out. I guess the only downside was no beer lol, I definitely felt like having one with these bomb tacos were a must but the coke was a good replacement :) The service was good! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Waiters had good energy, and were friendly overall. Nevertheless I'll for sure be back! Gained a customer out of me .

The service was fast and easy and we were able to grab our mainly to-go order without a hitch. We had some lengua mulitas while we waited and they were delicious. I brought lengua, asada and al pastor tacos home for the family and it was a hit. Definitely a great place for a quick bite as it's a very casual joint with quick service.

There are several Taco Nazos in Tijuana. I am unaware if they are all under the same ownership as a chain. What I do know is that this location was on a main thoroughfare in the Zona Centro with plenty of taco shops to choose from. The suite was being refurbished, but business continued as usual. We came here after eating at a competitor less than a mile away on the same side of the street. The entrance was on the back side adjacent to an outdoor patio. A hostess assigned us to a long table near the front where we could see the sidewalk. Two large stations each had menu boards above them with meats being cooked on a spit and grills. Most of the tacos were priced at 37 pesos apiece. Tortas, quesadillas, and mulitas were more expensive at 100 pesos each. I recommended to each member of our party to order one or two tacos at most to pace ourselves throughout the walking foodie tour. I picked a Suadero which was a cut of beef between the belly and the leg (i.e. shank). The taco was served on two corn tortillas filled with meat, cilantro, onions, and salsa verde. Compared to the previous place where we ate, the price was the same, however my taco wasn't quite as juicy. The service from the waiter was fine although his English skills weren't as proficient. Part of my downgraded rating was because the ongoing construction left the exterior of the dining area as an open-air and incomplete setting. I rated our stop at Taco Nazo with 3.5 stars.

Tacos in Tijuana, Mexico... This was stop #4 of five places on our unofficial Foodie Tour. Emmett had plotted out our journey and selected Taco Nazo for our last savory meal of the day. I was really full from the tostada, horchata, and tacos at other places. I.just.could.not.eat.anything.else I did observe efficient service in the open-air environment. My friends' food did appear and smell delicious! Next time we're there, I surely will get an adobada taco... we watched the worker shave the meat off of the rotisserie... wow... it looked so delectable!

We came here for some tacos. They greeted us right away and offered us to dine outside or a table inside. The weather was great that day so we decided to stay outside. The menu is posted outside on the wall and their service was prompt. We didn't have to wait to get a table but buy the time we were done eating, there was already a lot of people waiting to sit down. I ordered two Adobada tacos, and two Asada tacos. My wife also ordered a Tripa taco and it was good. Tacos were 36 pesos each. Both meats were delicious l, but I would say the Adobada tacos were better. The Asada tacos came with your carne Asada, cebolla y cilantro, and a very creamy guacamole. The meat was perfectly cooked and the guacamole went perfect with the tacos. The Adobada taco came with your pork meat cebolla y cilantro and a delicious green salsa. The pork was so tender and the salsa paired perfectly with the Adobada meat. No wonder this place gets packed. The tacos are amazing here. Will definitely be returning.

Anytime we are in Tijuana, Taco Nazo is a must. Even order it to our Airbnb. It is worth it. It is always jam packed and lively... so be prepared to wait. They have a variety of meats. I've tired the carne asada(grilled steak), lengua (tongue), adobado(marinated pork) , buche, suadero, and tripa (tripe). I will say my favorite are the adobado, suadero and lengua. Soo good. Cooked perfectly. I usually go for the vampiros. Basically a corn tortilla (not fried) but grilled until perfectly crunchy with layers of cheese and meats. I like to ask for a side of grilled onions, nopales (cactus), and radish. Their sauces and salsas are really good. Just be careful of the spice level of some. The tacos are great and filling, the vampiros are my favorite but the torta is nothing special. Definitely recommend!

My new top taco spot whenever im craving asada, adobada, or sudadero (beef shoulder). As i was on my way to tacos el Frank i had forgotten that they close on Sunday's, so i yelled other taco spots and found Taconazo. Since the place looked full and clean i decided to give it a try not expecting much;boy was i wrong. Asada- Fresh lean well cut steak topped with guacamole Adobada- Great flavor with good salsa and a small piece of piña. Sudadero- Amazing crunch and perfect tortilla for it. I like eating here whenever I'm around this area in the morning or around afternoon time, I'm basic when it comes to tacos so I always get a cabeza taco, some birria tacos with a little consome and some carne asada tacos in case I'm still hungry, I enjoy them I think their good, the only thing for me when it comes to this place is that the service sucks, the ladies that take your orders sometimes are just kinda rude or aren't really attentive with you, I don't like that at all. For me the food is great but if the service sucks it kinda ruins the whole experience for me :( like I said tacos are great don't have complains with that but if you want sucky service well go right a head! lol I've been there 3 times just to see if maybe it was a one day thing that maybe my server was having a crappy day but the 3 different times I went they weren't really nice. Maybe because I'm not a tourist and I am a local who knows lol I will never know cause I'm not going back lol unless I have to. read more

Pieces of shit! I complained about a carne asada quesadilla being way too spicy, so I asked for an adobada taco as a replacement (which is way cheaper)... what did they do?!? Best tacos in Tijuana!! Best tacos anywhere!! This place is worth the drive to TJ. Their adoba is my favorite but all their meats are delicious and high quality. I also recommend you try a Vampiro and Fantasma. Not sure if these are on the menu but trust me, you must try these. This is the kind of food you can eat and eat and eat and not stop even when you're full! read more

They used to be really good and were very convenient being so close to the border. My last two visits were horrible. Each time, we had the worst waitress who would literally hide in the back. She took her time with everything to the point where we just got up and ordered directly and served our own lemons. The food was not either. It was cold and prepared really messy. It was like they just don't care about the quality any more. I'll look elsewhere for tacos. read more

good place for non vegans they to much meat to select if your vegan they can make you guacamole and nopales tacos the adobada and suadero tacos on point the horchata water is to commercial so it so-so the parking very limited you cant go wrong with tacos read more

Some girls make trips to TJ for BBL. I make trips to TJ just to hit Taconazo!!! It is will worth the drive!!! They're currently open during this pandemic; very covid friendly. They even have park and order (eat in your car) for those that do not wish to dine in. Temp check is required inorder to dine in. Hand sanitizer is provided. read more

I LOVE this taco shop! When I come to Tijuana, I come here first. My favorite thing to get is the "taco de adobada" (I call it taco de pastor, but it's the same). The green salsa is magical. And at 24 pesos ($1.25 US) a taco, you can afford to eat to your heart's content. read more

This is our favorite spot down in TJ for tacos. Fast service, fresh food, what more can you ask for? The favorite for most of us when we go down here is the adobada but I've had several of the other meats as well, suadero, lengua, cabeza, they're all delicious. Go for the quesa-taco or quesadillas if you need a cheese fix. No frills place/atmosphere that is always super busy but easy to get in/out quickly since they are moving at a super fast pace. Come admire the guy slicing the adobada with his hands moving so fast you can barely see them as meat is flying through the air into its tortilla home. For those wondering some servers speak a bit of English, otherwise do your homework and learn a little bit of Spanish. Learning a few words in a new language never hurt anyone. And you can impress your friends when you ask the servers for la cuenta or your tacos sin cebolla. read more

Un buen taco de asada pero...hubby ordered the lengua and chorizo and said-skip it next time. The best were the adobado. They put guacamole and bring some salsas and radish/pepino combo that works well too. Lo siento: outhouses do not work for me as a place to use to wash my hands at a restaurant that charges more for their tacos than other places, is exposed to the weather and flies, is on the corner in front of a bus stop and sells bottled horchata. read more

I took a complete stranger/acquaintance to this place a few months ago and he said it's the best taco ever. While I cannot say so myself, it's probably the best value for the dollar (or peso). They offer only beef and pork options, however, meaning they don't have the famous baja fish tacos. read more

These are the most amazing tacos I have ever eaten! I came here at 3 in the morning and ordered two carne asada tacos and two adobada tacos. The tortillas are handmade and so fresh. The meats are deliciously marinated and had my mouth watering. The carne asada tacos were loaded with flavor and fresh guacamole! The adobada tacos had all the trimmings and the meat was crispy and juicy. I would recommend trying a "volcano," which is a tostada con queso y adobada. It is delightful. The workers are hustling and are friendly. The tacos came out within 5 minutes and were pretty cheap. Definitely try the adobada tacos and pay in pesos! You will not be disappointed with these amazing tacos! read more

Taconazo what can I say it's an iconic taco spot in TJ. Great pastor tacos and if you like guac their asada tacos have a ladle full on each. This place also has really good tripa, I had to get another two tripa ones after eating 4 other tacos because they were so good.On the weekend you will wait a couple of minutes since it gets really busy, especially once all the clubs close on Av. The carne asada is tender and flavorful, the Adobada (El Pastor) tacos are tender, full of flavor and are out of this world delicious. They load them up with toppings. They'll give you grilled onions and a grilled jalapeno pepper on the side with a lime, then load them up with onions, cilantro, fresh salsa and a generous heap of guacamole. They are simply the best and I find myself coming back to TJ again and again because I can't find tacos anywhere else that compares to Tacos Las 24 Horas.
