My bolillo is always burned, I don't mean toasted I mean blackened, inedible. Last time, the tortillas were hard as a rock...I live three blocks away and that's how the tacos arrived. Today I ordered a torta and tacos and there was no salsa, cilantro, onions included...third time that's happened. I've never left a complaint review and I feel terrible but I love this place and just hoping they fix these things. The chips are not salted either, which is a shame, bc the salsa bar is legit. Several good options, like the Pineapple Jalapeño and the Wasabi. The portion sizes are good too, for the price.
