First time trying this place ! Was passing through to go to Huntsville. For starters , the man was super kind and was helpful when trying to figure out what to order.... Honestly, i had called like 40 min prior and when i got there the man told me he was gonna make me a fresh new batch since he said Quesabirrias aren't good of taste once they been sitting for too long.. SO THAT RIGHT THERE IM LIKE AWWW THATS SO KIND OF HIM!!!! He was polite , its really nice to run into people that speak fluent spanish. ANYWAYSSS i got the # 2 combo just the 2 Quesabirria and a small consome i suppose. I ATE THAT MUUUFFFFUcKKKK@ up in 3.5 seconds lol it was delicious !!!! Wish i would've gotten more but i had to take it to go .. Basically when i pass by Conroe again i'll be stopping to get me some more QUESABIRRIAS!!!

I was searching, funny enough, all of the places north of Porter for great food. Small towns, little cafes, etc. I came upon this place merely through the Curiosity of knowing what was around. Showed a pic to my man and he said, we're going tomorrow, those will be good. Woke up, called to make sure they were open , and they were, but they close at 3:00. People.... get there before 3:00. I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat a taco again without wanting to drive up to Cut N Shoot to get these. My son, 5.5 yo, devoured his taco, I had consume dripping down fingers, husband the same. Absolutely delicious. Friendly people and friggin' AWSOME food. If you love cheese get the quesabirria , dear lord. If you don't, get the Birria tacos. Want stew? Get the cup of it. I absolutely will go back only for this food... there's nothing else to do there. But the drive is pretty If you go back roads.

Brand new appliances and since he's on the side of the road on 105 all the windows were closed when I pulled up to avoid dirt from coming in. The food was amazing, I had two quesabirrias and I took two tacos to go. My son had never had birria and he is now 13 he loved it had a quesabirria and the broth. I promised the owner it come back as often as I could. If you are a true Mexican you will love this place. For those of you who enjoy TexMex Food it's probably not your cup of tea as this is not TexMex just real Mexican Birria. My new favorite sport :)

If you want birria this is the spot! Don't judge a book by its cover. Great food, friendly service, and just drive past the other ones until you get here. They have a bench if you'd like to sit down, but I would suggest asking to go and enjoying it at home. The red sauce is spicy! read more

I am torn about whether to write a review. On one hand, I don't want to have to wait so long for this deliciousness once the word gets out. On the other, I don't want them to close down! This is some insanely good food. We got the quesabirrias with soup. Amazing! I heard about these on some food show, but it's the first time I have tried them. We are going back for more ASAP. Be sure to call in your order, it ended up taking over 45 minutes to get our food because they were so busy. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time If you're calling to order ahead of time to pick up because they wont listen to you and just get it wrong anyways. I called to order mine and my co workers lunch and asked nicely if they would separate the order to be able to pay separately. when my co worker got there she was trying to pay separately but he went ahead and put our orders together anyways and aggressively asked her "how much money do you have?!.... just give it to me". We wanted to support a local business with good tacos but more than likely not coming back anytime soon. Only been here two times and we were treated the same way both times. read more

Went to this place today after watching a food show and I had no idea what birria was ,it looked delish so I yelped and this was the only place that popped up .... well I wasn't disappointed.... I got the number 2 had no idea what I was getting into ,but it was awesome .... I don't know how long this guy has been in business but he's gonna make it as long as he puts out the same quality food ... my new go to ...
