I eat at the Brigham City Taco Time on a fairly regular basis. I find the food is always a good representation of what you see on the ads. I didn't think much of this until I stopped at a couple out of town. The food is always good as you should expect and staff is friendly and prompt. I have boycotted this Taco Time location for a better part of over a year. The service is straight up garbage. This location was also my first job under different ownership and I think it's changed a lot since the new owners took over. I was yelled at several times at the drive thru by the person making my food. She came to the window and yelled at me because I questioned my receipt, it was not as I ordered and the kid at the window didn't know what to do. When I've got inside instead, I've been forgotten about and everyone sees me sitting there for my to go order and talks about my order, no one checks on me, apologizes or does anything. It was a joke. I'm on lunch which is 30 min. I spent 25 for a tostada delight which they didn't make correctly. I was the only one inside. Ambiance inside is disgusting, every table dirty. The floor was slick and sticky. They charge for sauce that used to be a free salsa bar. But the customer service is why I will not go back and I cried when it burnt down. Wish it would again cause it doesn't deserve to be in town. Clean up your act! read more

Absolutely the slowest service. We could have gone to El Toro Viejo and gotten our food faster.

My first time visiting this location, I ordered 2 burritos and 2 Mexi fries I sat in like for about 15 mins then once I got to the window they messed up my order so I pulled up and had to wait. They brought out the food after about 7 mins to only have one burrito in the bag. So I go in and tell them they then give me the other burrito and one mexi fry‍ and I wasn't the only one who had to go in to get there food fixed. Won't be going back to this location read more

The food is good enough, I'll give them that. It's definitely a guilty pleasure kind of food- so gross but so good. I'd give the food 3 stars easily. The review drops down to 2 stars when you take into account the wait time and convenience of the store. Their dine-in is *still* closed, so if you want Taco Time, your only option is the drive-thru. Be prepared to commit at least half an hour or more to sitting in the drive-thru. It is not the place for you if you have a limited lunch break or limited time and wish to spend it somewhere other than sitting in your car waiting to order/for food. My other qualm with Brigham's Taco Time is the inconvenient location of the menu. We have all been in a drive-thru line backed up forever long and when you finally make it to the speaker, you feel like you need to rush for the people behind you. Most places, with drive-thru lines that are as consistently long as this one is, have a second or even third menu available along the line so you can look at it and decide what you want. This Taco Time doesn't. Now typically, I'd just look up the menu online, but they also do not have a consistently accurate online menu. Hence my frustration. My last source of frustration with this local Taco Time is that they seem to frequently change their hours with little notice or inconvenient notice. They'll post a sign on their drive-thru window a few days before or something. Nothing where anyone who may not be there often would know. read more

Stopped here several weeks ago and waited 10 minutes without the line moving before deciding on another establishment. Stopped again today-mistake. Horrible customer service at the drive-through. Wait times are ridiculous. Staff is incompetent, unfriendly and confused-not a great combination! Food was bland and way overpriced. Should've gone with my instinct and left after waiting 20 minutes for only 2 cars in front of me. Lesson learned-will NOT be back. This used to be, by far, the best fast food restaurant in Brigham City and one of the best anywhere. I'm not sure what happened but the past few times I've eaten here the quality of the food has been sub-par. I keep going back hoping that the quality will return to what it was. But this just isn't happening. Right now I'm sitting in a long line at Arby's at noon on a Saturday and there is no one at Taco Time. Apparently others have noticed the same thing. We went there last night after months of not going due to cold food and constantly screwing up our orders and giving our order to someone else in the car in front of us only for them to reach in the bag and then hand it back to them. Then they tried to hand it to us after someone pawed at it. We went there last night for a chimichonga platter. They handed us a sack and said it was our order. We drove off and come to find out they gave us someone's else's order and it was bad. This place is a joke anymore. I will not go there ever again. Best wishes finding better fast food ground beef tacos than these. I rarely eat meat, but make an exception for Taco Time's crisp tacos--I hadn't been to the Brigham City location before, but their tacos were maybe the best Taco Time tacos I've had (and I've had really good ones at different locations)! Super fresh, taco meat filling a good 1/2 of the taco shell (not a couple tablespoons of meat with three inches of lettuce on top). Their diced tomatoes were ripe and didn't include the gross stem part, and the lettuce was crisp without a trace of being old. I wish I'd taken a picture of the salsa bar--it was immaculate! Impeccably clean, and a fantastic array of condiments (diced jalapeños, banana peppers, Taco Time's sauces but also bottles of popular brand favorites). The bathroom was super clean, too, which is always comforting. This place sets a high bar for fast food establishments. read more

I stop by on the way home to grab dinner and was immediately greeted at the counter by Maquire. Her and her coworker immediately talk to me and asked me how my day was and led into what I would like to eat tonight and if I was staying or going. Both of these employees were very positive and very nice to talk to. I then paid for my meal and only waited a short time until it was brought out to me to take home and they made sure that I had utensils and napkins and sauces anything that would possibly be needed. I then left being told please come back soon and got home and started to eat and all the food was made to perfection as expected in the regular taco time manner. I love this Taco Time in particular. Friendly staff, fresh food, good atmosphere. It's my kids' choice when we visit grandparents. The salsa bar is loaded with extras, so you can customize your meal. The also have a few drink flavorings available. I especially like that with the remodel they made their two bathrooms unisex. (The door locks, so it's not a shared stall thing). This is great because women can use both restrooms if needed and not have a mile long line because there's only one toilet available at a time. Bravo! read more

Super impressed with the measures they are taking to keep customers safe during Covid including all employees wearing masks and wearing them properly, among other measures such as how they handle the money separate from the food, and how they hand the food to the customers. Te food is O.K... some of the time... Every time we order it takes 15 minutes to order because you guys hire dumba****** or something. Then it takes 20 minutes to wait for the food (which is normally like 2 chicken taco salads) . Then literally 3/4 times you get the food its cold and not even the right order. Despicable. read more

Ok, the food here is great! But...... You on average need to wait 30 minutes!!!! In the drive thru!!! I live in Brigham city and it is the same every time. Great food but the worst wait time ever. food is ok...BUT service is AWFUL!!! It was the first snow storm of the season this year and I had gone in to get my order. I was handed my order and turned to walk away when I slipped on a wet spot on the floor. My feet slipped out from under me, I fell, sprawled out with my food all over the floor around me. I sat there stunned for a minute. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE came over and asked if I was ok. Finally, as I WAS CLEANING UP THE SPILLED Food, an employee came out and asked if I was ok. I pointed out the spilled food and the wet spot on the floor. She said I'll be right back. She came back with a yellow "slippery when wet sign" didn't say a word to me and walked back around the counter. NO HELP! NO Replacement of food! NOTHING!!!! I used to LOVE this taco time and frequented 2 to 3 times monthly. Recently they started putting some kind of filler in their taco meat which turned me off of the place. I thought it was one-off the first time, but after the second time I quit going. If they quit the filler and I found out, I would go back.
