First visit here and this place is dirty!!Tables aren't wiped down(sticky), floors are sticky, very few napkin dispensers and the few they have are filthy with food/sauce!!! Why does everyone look so pissed off that works here, and why does it take 15 min to make 1 soft taco?

I'm not sure how they can operate in the food service business with just how unsanitary everything is here. Visited at 11:30a yesterday. Floor was filthy, soda area filthy, tables dirty, seats dirty. The napkin dispensers on each table were incredibly germ-coated with old sauces, etc. Money is being handled with the same gloved hands as food distribution. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. After sitting in The drive thru for over ten minutes, I assumed (incorrectly) that maybe my meal was being freshly made. Got my order to go and the only thing worth eating was the fountain soda. The Mexi-fries (tater tots) were cold, stale and undercooked. The soft taco was cold in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted. The Saturday "special" nachos were so stale the chips were actually chewy. $25 worth of food and the only family member who enjoyed any of it was the dog. I'm from Seattle where "Taco Time" is a guaranteed good, hot, fresh meal. This place is a rip off and shouldn't be allowed to carry the same name. Incredibly disappointed. Have given this location several chances and it's always something. This time I ordered a fish taco meal. The tortilla was hard. The fish was burnt and super crispy. The mexi fries were so hard I almost broke a tooth. I asked for mild and was given hotter sauce... and then I got a root beer and the whole thing was ice. I've given this place multiple attempts at good food and service. It needs a desperate change in management. The soft taco was 4 × 4 inches at best. The taste was horrible. I do not recommend this place. They need a complete revamp in their food. New management is a must. I never see anyone there. It's telling. I come here pretty often and really enjoy their quesadilla and chips with queso. The food came out fresh and still pretty hot with little wait time. I've never had a bad experience and very few mediocre ones. The only sad thing was that they don't have salsa anymore; it's a shame since I really liked dipping my food in it. read more

Once upon a time... This taco time had great food and service. Since owners and management changed this Taco Time is simply not worth going there. The lobby closes at 7 pm and I arrive around 6:30 pm and am told their lobby is closed even though there is 1 family still in line. I know they were thinking we did not want another customer since we almost closed, but 30 minutes is a significant time period to not provide service if open. Also every time I go their employees seem to be doing nothing but standing around. The place is also dirty as hell. The worst taco time I have been to yet. I work nearby this location and every time I have ever been through in the past year regardless of what time of day or night the drive through wait time has been over 20 min. So thinking ahead I place my order over the phone. Giving this place over 45 min to make my meal. Upon arriving food still not ready. Then I notice only 2 people working. This is by far the worst taco time I've ever been to. Had to wait at least 5 minutes just for them to take my order even though there was literally no one there. They told me I couldn't have a crisp meat burrito with no cheese cause they pre make everything which is gross & I'm sure it wouldn't take long for them to make one without cheese....not that hard. I have been going to this store for the past 5 yrs and now I will not go any more,and tell people to not go. There is a older woman that works there and should not be working there. Every time I go in she is in a bad mood. The last time I went,she was the only one in the store and her help was on break? Again she was the only one in the store! Knowing that she was frazzled,I waited very patiently for my order. By the way, how I new she was frazzled was in the way she took my order very rude to me and she made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her. So after about a 16min wait for 8 tacos yes 8! I politely asked if I could have some hot sauce. Her response was to grab some and throw it in the bag with a pissed off look on her face!! This is how I get treated for me being inconvenienced and patient. I will not go to that store anymore and will not recommend any body else go until she's gone or the owner gets a decent crew. Unfortunately this location is NOT a very good example of what I would expect from TacoTime, we visited this locations drive thru, ordering seemed normal, once we arrived to the window, the employee, was quite quick about taking payment, then asked if we would like sauces with our order, after a bit of an extended wait, our order was handed to us packaged quite full in a smaller paper bag, thus having the softer contents at the bottom of the bag coming out quite smashed and messy, the sauces provided, didn't even have 1/2 of the sauce cup filled, unfortunately some of our order had not made it into our bag, so I had attempted (several times) to contact the business, to let them know we had been shorted, only to find out, that the line was busy, mind you, I did say several times over the course of 30-45 minutes, ultimately giving up! If I were you, I would drive the few extra miles, and visit a different TacoTime, or even TacoBell! This location seems to care very little about the small detail of the service industry.....
