They constantly screw up orders, Made me and several customers who ordered online wait 30+ minutes for our "Fast" mobile orders. All beverages are out, but still charge you drinks. "Because they are to stupid to do a refund". All food has been soggy and cold. I am so done with this pathetic food. Im sure toilets and sewer dept would appreciate a boycott anyway. Nice to have the addition of a Taco Bell in the area. Unfortunately this has become a regular stop for me. Really not a bad thing though as I do really like TB food. This store is new and they aren't quite consistent with their product. I order the same thing on every visit and nearly every time it is a bit different. Sometimes really full and other times not near as much. In time they'll get it figured out though. I'll certainly be back as it is awfully convenient. read more

We love shopping in this area and decided to stop by and order lunch from this location. We ordered the Toasted Cheddar Chalupa 5 dollar box. It's our first time eating this and it was pretty good. We liked how the cheese was toasted into the chalupa. Is it a lot better than the regular chalupa box that they used to offered with the 5 layer burrito instead... no... but it was definitely worth a try. Just had an ad pop up for this. I ate here a couple of weeks ago. This Taco Bell is amazing. The employees greeted me, were polite, helped me out. The food tasted great, fresh and they actually made my food look great coming out of the wrapper. I met the gm there. PROMOTE HIM. Have him do training. I was there for work. A lot of the Taco Bell's I have been to in FL suck and I won't go. There are a couple I will go to here in the pensacola area. The people are rude, food seems old and pre made. Soggy crunchy tacos. Honestly I would say this might be one of the best Taco Bell locations. I usually mobile order from here to get the points and it's always very fast and efficient. 3 times in a row, my cousin, who is vegetarian has received meat on her tostadas, tacos and burritos. I have to always test stuff for her and she is always left hungry. Not coming back. They do not care about people dietary choices or lifestyles. They are poorly trained. I've commented before and clearly management dosent care either. read more

This Taco Bell is closest to my house and it's newer so it feels like they're still figuring things out. It's set up with some weird new "boughie" vibe and the staff seems pretty "by the books" rather than having the personality of the Monroe store. They're still super nice though and have not gotten an order wrong. The curb on the window side of the drive through sticks out a long ways and you have to pull up quite a ways away from the window which sucks for me because I am so short XD they also all love when I pull up with a dog in my car and one of them even gave her a fry once which was nice. I love Taco Bell but this one is my least favorite so far so 4 stars. read more

What the heck!!!! We go into this Taco Bell for the first time and was shocked!!! Ok, we walk in and try to order when we heard yelling from the kitchen area. Not sure why, but it seemed they were messing around. I couldn't hear what they guy at the register was saying and I had to stop ordering because it was quite loud. Because of this my order wasn't correct, but I don't blame the guy up front. When I got my food it seemed like my nachos were just thrown together. The cheese wasn't even on most of the chips. They just looked so unappetizing. They tasted Ok, but didn't look good. The rest of the food was fine and the rolled tacos were very good. When we were leaving, two employees walked into the store talking pretty loud about their personal events and it was very unprofessional. What a poor first impression this entire staff was making. These discussions and games should happen on their own time and not while representing this restaurant. What a shame. read more

I have to admit that I was very excited that they were building one close to my home. I eat at a Taco Bell near my office at least once a week. However as I have eaten at this new location several times now I have been VERY DISAPPOINTED. I came in a few weeks ago and I was the only one on the dining room and they made me wait 20 minutes before I went to the counter and asked about my order and then they realized that they had not made my order. With all the goofing around in the kitchen I'm not surprised that they forgot. Instead of an apology I got annoyed glares that I would even dare say anything. Today I went back and they are short staffed and as people are sitting around waiting for their food some of the customers are actually Taco Bell employees from other locations and they are sitting around complaining about their employer. One girl who actually works at this location who was not working today was actually stopping people as they came in the door and dissuaded many from ordering due to the wait, several customers left at her persuading. I felt that this was very unprofessional and telling of the type of workers and management I have seen at this location in its short life so far. I am hoping that they improve and get some people that may show a little more pride in getting the job done right. As I complete this review it has now been 19 minutes and still have not received my food and the number of customers still waiting that came in before me is not encouraging. read more
