Romi is incredible. Some practitioners are good, but Romi is excellent. She incorporates multiple modalities into her practice, and has extensive knowledge about and experience in the field of healing. She gravitates immediately to what is bothering you, even if you didn't know it was. I first went to Romi in 2020 for my carpal tunnel. I had never seen an acupuncturist before and was pleasantly surprised to feel much better right away. Then in 2021 I went back. I went to see Romy for cupping and acupuncture and it was the worst experience. She did fine with cupping but the acupuncture was another story. I have two bars in my back and showed her my x-ray so she knew exactly where they were located. Halfway through my session she put a needle over my bar. I screamed because it was so painful and started crying. Romy said "oh are you crying. It can be painful there are a lot of nerves there". Obviously I had told her I have nerve pain. Then she said "I have never worked on someone that has this much hardware in their back". At the end she said "I hope this doesn't discourage you from wanting to do this again". Well it did! She stepped out to let me get dressed and didn't even come check on me after I got dressed or when I was signing out at the front desk. I had been getting headaches for 2 years. They would come daily or every other day for a week or two for 2 years straight. I also had back pain and a lower back bone spur. Romi helped me take care of all oft hese problems! Not only was the accupuncture helpful but the massage therapy along with it really helped with the headaches.
