    The worst company. Unable to reach the inspector. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I wish I didn't buy a home in a Tacoma!!

    We have had a Mercurio's technician at the house three times recently to address problems with our…read moretrouble prone water heater. Each time, the technician listened to the problems we were experiencing, correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. This last time, the technician was able to assure me there was no leakage problem and the alarm was an error. He did a through investigation. I have been very satisfied with the communication. Too often, a service provider is unwilling to take the time to talk to the customer (especially if the customer is a woman). We have purchased a Priority Plus membership because I anticipate on-going problems with this water heater. I trust the technicians who have provided services. Several services are available at a discount with the membership and I plan to use them.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I pay monthly for an annual "fee…read moremaintenance appointment". While scheduling the appointment, I have just been told, that because I said, "I didn't think it's heating like it should" That I now have to make an appointment for a " repair technician" that will cost $100+ for the visit. I asked "well then what am I paying for monthly who comes out for the free maintenance appointment?!? and she said something like well that's the "maintenance and safety technician". The "free" appointment that I pay for every month is only for the once a year visit by the "maintenance and safety technician" and because I simply said I don't think t's working quite like it should" now I have to pay $100+ for this visit. What?!? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Bait & SWITCH! I told her on the phone "OK, I take it back. Suddenly my heater is working beautifully. I need the free maintenance visit," she replied "well now that I've already said it wasn't working properly and it's been recorded, I have to pay the $100+ for the appointment. I became a total 'Karen' and asked to speak to someone on a higher level. I was furious!! She couldn't transfer me because it's a Saturday. She continued refusing to give me my standard free appointment (that I actually pay every month for). How does she know if the safety maintenance man can simply push a button and it starts to work better? She doesn't! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! Do NOT use this company! Do NOT buy a unit from this company! And absolutely do NOT pay monthly for there scam of the "free maintenance visit" THIS IS A CLASSIC, GREEDY COMPANY SCAM!!

They made a challenging project with a few unforeseen hiccups run smoothly and professionally, even in the baking hot heat. Trevin, Tyler, and Chase were kind, easy to communicate with, and worked SO hard. They had the trenching done so fast, and worked hard to get the project finished, despite frustrating setbacks that could have resulted in much longer delays. Todd was quick to respond and help troubleshoot the setbacks, and we had water before the 4th of July! Our septic system failed the week before Thanksgiving. We were required to install a new system. After the septic design was completed, our septic design was sent to several companies in Thurston County. Brandon from Bay Shore came out reviewed our site provided detailed information on the install process, how a pump system worked and would be installed. Next Todd, their project manager, called and stated they were able to start our project within 2 days. System was installed within 3 days. Todd and Brandon assisted us with removing excess dirt and rock from our site. Their quick scheduling and communication meant we were down a minimal amount of time without a septic system. Todd's communication throughout the project was 5 stars. He kept us informed daily and was pleasant to work with. The crew on site worked hard each day and kept the project on schedule. One last shout out is to Ann in the office, I intereacted with her several times, and she was pleasant and helpful. Such a Gem! If you need septic work I would definetly work with Bay Shore Septic. You guys ROCK!!!!!!

When I first reached out to Kali, he immediately told me he wanted to help save me money and carefully walked me through the next steps I should take. He spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone while I was dealing with what I thought was a major leak at my house. He explained what questions to ask, what the process would likely look like, and how to narrow down the source of the problem. Following Kali's guidance, I contacted a plumber to determine whether the leak was inside my house or between the house and the meter. The plumber confirmed it was somewhere inside the home, so I called Kali back the next day to schedule leak detection services. During our conversation, Kali asked me to send several pictures of the rooms, pipes, and layout of the home so he could think through the situation before coming out. As we were talking, I mentioned that I had a boiler system. After I sent him a picture, he asked if I noticed any visible dripping. I said no. He then asked me to turn off the water supply to the boiler and check the meter again. Sure enough, the leak was in the boiler system. Kali figured all of this out entirely over the phone because he took the time to truly think through how to help me. I was honestly shocked that he was able to identify the issue without even coming to the house. I truly think he is the "leak whisperer." What stood out most to me was not just his expertise, but his heart. He was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely trying to educate me so I would feel less stressed and more at ease during a difficult situation. I truly feel blessed to have crossed paths with Kali. It is rare to meet someone who is clearly not in their field simply for the money. Kali is there to help people during times of stress and uncertainty, and that compassion shines through in everything he does. He started the work the following week and sent pictures of the work in progress while accommodating my renters' work schedules. He also sent information and the paperwork to apply for leak assistance from the Utility District. Highly recommend!

Quoted me $250 parts and labor for that and scheduled a return time of Monday at 9. 9 comes and goes and he's a no show. No call, no text, nothing. I text them at 9:25 asking if they're on the way, no response. I text Again at 9:39 letting them know we've been without water since Friday, only turning on occasionally to flush toilets. He finally gets back to me and says they 2-3 hours behind schedule. So I say "so 11 or 12 then, he says yes. 12:00 goes by and still no show. I get a call from the same number about 12:13 but it's a different person. She insinuates we have an appointment later in the week and I say no, 9:00am this morning. She says there has been some emergency calls so now they're delayed like 2-3 days. I say mine situation isn't an emergency, we have the water shut off, I have a pregnant daughter and my 77 year old mom lives in the house. She claims to be writing this down and said my situation is an emergency so they'll make sure someone comes out today. Now, 7:35 as I'm writing this, nothing. No show, no call, no text. Stay away from these unreliable people and they're uncaring attitude.
