The reports are exhaustive, and they provide lots of details on what's okay or not, and any action to be taken. No home is perfect, but we were able to purchase with a lot more confidence in what we were getting, which helps to take the stress down on a very very stressful time.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Once all the power and heat was turned on, Jay went above and beyond going through all the parts of the house. He pointed out everything they needed to repaired and gave rough estimates and referrals throughout the house. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

I contacted Mike to get a second opinion on a blocked sewer at a rental property I own. My management company indicated it would cost upwards of $13,500 to get it fixed. Mike was able to come out the next day after I called late on a Friday and checked out the problem. He suggested that I have another company work on it and try and get through the blockage. Kyle the camera tech we worked with took no more than an hour to complete his inspection and was happy to answer additional questions. After the inspection Kyle provided me with a video and in depth report of the sewer inspection. They were incredibly easy to coordinate with as they partner with Move Smart Home Inspections. Mike did a great job locating the sewer lines (yes, there were multiple lines) in our front yard in advance of a construction project we are doing. Mike did a very thorough job and had the right equipment for each size sewer line. He took the extra time to do the job completely even though one drain was difficult to get a probe into. Because of the size of the job we got some estimates from several plumbers in the local and Seattle area. At Your Service wasn't the least expensive, but it was the most fair, thorough, and transparent estimate we received. Andy and Brett went through the entire house and crawl space to really understand the job to prepare an absolutely reasonable estimate. We were so glad because we already really liked working with them. Once we agreed on the work and estimate, they took care of managing all of the permits and recommended a company they worked with and trusted to help us open up our sidewalk. Made getting the project going real easy for us. I can't tell you how many times I called and talked to Elizabeth, but she was always patient and helpful every time. Andy, Brett, Kyle, and Kash all primarily did the work. It was a week long project and they were laughing and having a great time through it all. The quality and attention to detail was impeccable. I could even hear them get excited about how well the installation was going and how proud they were to have done such a great job. I am fortunate enough to know what it's like to work with people you really enjoy collaborating with and what that can do to elevate not only your own performance, and quality of work, but also as a team; these folks have the right spirit and stellar skills! We only had one little bump and Dan came over to help out the team with patching up our sewer main when the flow was interrupted. The job was done exactly when they said it would be and we are SO HAPPY with the results. Our water flow and drainage is phenomenal. We will always be At Your Service customers for life!! Today she did sewer scopes on the homes of two of my clients, and she even got the reports back within a few hours. Shelby is truly a PRO -- she knows sewer lines inside and out, and her background growing up in a local family trade shows in her expertise. I've attended many sewer scopes over the years, but I have never seen anyone with such professionalism and energy. On one property, she quickly adjusted her equipment and completed the scope efficiently. On another, where a different company had failed to even locate a clean-out, Shelby found it right away and provided a thorough, pleasant, and informative service. I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved.
