We live about 20 minutes from the nearest Tacos 4 Life. Wife loves the T4L and had a reward for a free triple dipper, I could personally do without the place. Anywho, we drove the twenty minutes and waited in line to order. When we finally got to the cashier to place our order, an employee came up and informed us that they were shutting down the dining room due to a lack of employees and that we would need to go through the drive thru if wanted to order food. Well after the initial shock and over 40 minutes into this endeavor, we decided to proceed through the Drive Thru. After sitting in the Drive Thru for another 20 minutes, we finally arrived at the take out menu board. It is 5:30 pm on Saturday afternoon and we are waiting and waiting, an employee finally comes across the speaker and informs us that it will be another 15 minutes or more before they will be able to take our order! The bad news is that the whole experience caused my wife to agree not to ask me to take her there again. We've already been here twice in a couple weeks since we moved to the area. Drive-through is nice. Everything that we've gotten has been fantastic! We've tried: chorizo, classic beef, mango chicken, sausage and our all-time-favorite is the fried chicken. Very unique options but delish. Oh my gosh the eggplant tacos here are absolutely amazing! The way the flavors mesh together makes for the most mouth watering dinner! I became a vegetarian back in March and I was afraid they wouldn't have anything I could eat, but thankfully they're incredibly accommodating! Rice and beans bowl was still delicious the 2nd time. The chicken quesadilla was missing the chicken and was very rubbery. I wish when I ordered to-go or delivery they would give me some chips. such unique and absolutely delicious tacos. Not just tacos though, salads, giant burritos, quesadillas that you can put any meat you want on. The guac and queso are fantastic. The paradise punch with the cute mustache straw is always so yummy. The mission of this restaurant is to end childhood hunger. I think it is amazing that Tacos4life has community packing events where people can come volunteer and really see what the meals look like and where they are going and actually have hands on these meals, how cool is that? Love this place. The tacos are really tasty, especially with the "fluffy" tortilla! My favorite is the Chipotle steak taco by far - the sauce is awesome. Generally it's a little pricey for tacos - two larger than average tacos and a side plus drink for nearly just over $10, but the fact that the cornerstone of their business is that they donate to feed the hungry makes it reasonable to me. The cheese dip is definitely one of my favorites! Also the kids meals are actually pretty big - my two kids can probably share one and be good, so this also makes up for the higher prices when eating out as a family. Fried chicken...in a puffy taco shell...mic drop. This place is great. It's not your typical taco joint so don't be expecting that. Great food, love the rice bowl and they have some good tacos. The drive through can be super long though, multiple times it has taken 25-40 mins with 4-5 cars in front of me. They don't seem to ha e their process down yet.. twice I have seen the employee with your bag of food then talks on the phone or drive through Walkie headset thing but not pass your food. I've waited 3 hours to post this review while considering what to write/how many stars to rate. Knee jerk? One star. I finally decided three and here's why. We don't love in NWA so this is only our 2nd visit here. The first, this place was new and the food/experience was very good, and extremely positive. This time? Polar opposite. Our meal was delivered very quickly. We had nachos, a burrito (suggested by the cashier) and a side salad. The side salad was (the only thing!) warm. The nachos and the burrito were COLD. Not as in, not really a 'hot, greasy meal', but cold like it had sat out for HOURS cold. We called the girl over that brought it to us. She said, hmmm. Maybe it had been sitting out too long? I'm sorry... What??? We'd literally been in the restaurant under 10 minutes, total! I passed on a fresh order. I'm a firm believer sending food back sets you up for all kinds of scary ingredients going into your food by angry cooks in the back, if you catch my drift. The staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like a customer instead of an order number. The new store is great decor inside and out. My favorites are Korean Beef BbQ and Hawaiian Shrimp... the freshest ingredients and delicious new flavors I really like! Pretty horrible if you ask me, the chicken tacos had no flavor at all, I couldn't even finish the tacos they were so bad. In no way was this Mexican food other than the name of the food. I visited the restaurant yesterday (my first time) & man was I impressed! I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious mahi mahi, chipotle steak, & mango habanero tacos! Each taco was seasoned to perfection & didn't warrant additional sauces at all. The restaurant was very accommodating to food allergies & the staff provided excellent customer service during my visit! Tried it twice since they opened near us. I like the quality of service and the food is good. My daughter loves the Korean Bbq steak and the Cilantro Pesto rice. I always choose the Ultimate Tacos---so much (even to go, which is always a gamble vs siting in at some places). Nice. read more

The food is great and the staff is very friendly but the service seems nonexistent. The food takes a very long time to come to you and half of the restaurants tables are filled with food that was left over. And even if the tables are clear they are not clean, especially the tables outside. This place is great if you only drive through. read more

My new favorite restaurant! I went to the soft opening and got to try out the beef taco and the chicken bacon ranch taco. They are delicious and very filling! I went back a few nights ago and ordered the same tacos through the drive thru. The lady asked me if I wanted to add a side for $1 since I was buying 2 tacos. I said can I get chips? She said unfortunately that isn't a side so I ended up not getting a side. I got up to the window, paid, and then it took a little bit for my food. The lady gave me my food and then said Sorry for your wait. I looked in my bag and it looked like there was more food than what I ordered.
