Was referred to this place so maybe our expectations were too high. Seated mid afternoon and right away service seemed slow when there were less than 10 diners. Left the table for a few minutes to use the washroom facilities to come back to an empty table. They had cleared everything off the table! We accepted their apologies but the server treated us like we were ones who had done something wrong? Food was unauthentic, very Americanized version of Mexican dishes. TNT is great. We ordered Steak Pablano, Tin Can Nachos and extra sour cream, queso dip and guacamole. Everything was excellent and the service was great. My Steak Pablano was to me one of the best steak meals I've had: steak served on a bed of corn and bacon, and a wonderful chili rejeno and rice on the side. Superb meal for the money. Also, I'm an iced tea guy and theirs is freshly brewed. It's also good to know they have a Sunday brunch as Fulton doesn't have many Sunday breakfast places. Everyone is always friendly, too. Food was just OK. The trashcan Nachos were a complete gimmick and a rip off. Not enough cheese, barely any meat, and the toppings were almost nonexistent. My wife's and kids meals were just "OK" according to them. I ordered the large Margarita and had to ask for two additional shots of tequila to even make the "Lime" juice palatable. Tacos N Tequila in Fulton, MO is trying to revamp themselves. Now open on weekends. Food is great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner are always there for you. Traveling with my cousin and we stopped because we were starving. Not knowing what to expect, and being from San Diego, where Mexican food is abundant, we were skeptical. I stopped by while I was traveling, and the food was great! I ordered the fajitas and they were fresh and hot when i picked my order up. Also, the service was super quick (even on Cinco de Mayo)! Was in town visiting my dad and decided to take him out to dinner. The place was spotless and the workers were very friendly. Martin was our server and he was awesome. He was super friendly and made sure our drinks were full and food was what we ordered. The Colorado Burrito was very good. The meat was tender and had the perfect amount of heat to it. The cheese sauce on top balanced out the heat and gave the overall taste a little more depth. It was just the right amount too. We will definitely return next time I'm in town. read more

I just got done spending $30 at this restaurant and I honestly feel like I got swindled. I ordered the pork tacos..tacos al pastor..with a side of street corn. I was charged 12.99 for 4 tiny small tacos with maybe a large teaspoon of filling in each on. The side of corn was in a teeny tiny side cup and was runny and nothing like real street Mexican corn. I was so hungry after my tiny "entree" I asked the bartender for something else and she said there was a "secret Al a cart" menu. I ordered two steak tacos of regular size for $3 each and they were good. I was like..wtf? Why weren't the entre tacos this size?? My rice was cold and had different vegetables mixed into it that I wasn't expecting. My sweet tea didn't taste very sweet but I was hoping it was just freshly made and might've watered down a bit. Totally delicious and just what I was hoping for! I actually ate dinner here two nights in a row while in town for work. First night I got a jalapeño margarita and the veggie fajita quesadilla and brought it back to my hotel to enjoy. Everything was delicious. I definitely was happy that it came with the typical chips and salsa to much on as a side I also got queso as a side, also good and I was very happy with everything. The next night a coworker and I came here for drinks and dinner. Again, I'm a sucker for a spicy margarita so I went with the jalapeño margarita again, still delicious. We split some guac and some queso and then I went with the veggie tacos which were perfect. They weren't super cheesy and didn't get soggy which does become a problem with veggie tacos sometimes. Overall, I really enjoyed it here we had a great server who checked in on us at all the right moments, we always had a drink in our glass and chips in the basket. I love tacos & tequila food, and margaritas!! I'm giving them 4 stars because I get to go orders often, and here lately they've been real stingy with what you order. For example...I ordered queso to go for $3.25 and I get a half filled styrofoam cup (picture attached). Same with the salsa and even when I dine in...they don't give you as much as before! I basically paid for a half bowl of TNT instead of a full which they use to do. I may have to start going back to Columbia for my good authentic Mexican food. read more

This restaurant is new to Fulton and has only been open for a few days. Carlos was a great server! He was attentive and very friendly. My husband and I each ordered the Arroz Texano and the portions were HUGE!! The only negative is that the food took a while to get out so I am only giving them 4 stars. We were in the area, looking for a good place to eat. Decided to stop here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious. We ordered the Guacamole Mexicano for an appetizer with Queso. Just so excellent. I ordered the Tres Amigos for my entree, my husband had the Carne Asada Tacos. I also had a Tropical Margarita. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I was really excited to find out that there was a new Mexican restaurant in Fulton. After having gone to school here several years ago, there has always been the staple Mexican restaurant with cheap margaritas, next door, which is so funny to me that they are next door to each other. That being said I had a really nice experience while visiting town for alumni weekend, and I got to try a few different things that my friends had ordered. Too bad I don't remember the names of them, but everything was really good. The salsa was just okay, but I really liked the queso. We had good service as well on a busy Friday night. Very good tasting Mexican food. Menu is well versed with all of the typical Mexican dishes, also a few other new ones with a twist. The salsa is more of a "store bought" taste. Wish it had more garlic, cilantro and lime. Kids menu with crayons for the little ones which is a plus. Portions are large which I feel is standard at a Mexican establishment. Different from your average Mexican food. The menu has a foodie feel to it with fresh and unique ingredients (and not many things are drenched in cheese sauce). Pleasantly surprised to find a great Mexican Restaurant in the wilds of Fulton, MO! I had the Molcahete with beef and chicken. It was very good with plenty of spice and cactus. My date opted for the Aroz Texan, and it was excellent as well. Thursday we got half price Margaritas and they were delicious. Carlos served us and he did a great job! This place never disappoints! The polla ala creme is delicious. I really haven't found anything on the menu that I didn't think was great. But, what turns the tide for this place is its service. Our daughter suggested we go there for dinner when we were visiting and it was a great dining experience! We had an infant and a young child with us and their service was perfect! They were very accommodating even though the restaurant was fairly busy. Their food is really good, with some unique menu items. I sometimes judge a Mexican restaurant by the quality of their tamales and theirs was one of the best I've ever eaten. Portions were very generous and we took food home. I look forward to driving thru Fulton in the future and stopping in for another great meal! read more

We recently spent a couple of days in Fulton and asked for restaurant recommendations from someone working at our hotel. She enthusiastically recommended Tacos & Tequila. We could not have been more pleased with our experience there. From the hostess to our server, everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. Chips were warm, crisp and served with a generous bowl of very good salsa. I ordered Tacos al Pastor and they were delicious. A generous helping of four tacos and a side of charro beans. The al Pastor was among the best I've ever had. Someone in that kitchen knows authentic Mexican flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant and trust me when I tell you it's worth the minor side trip south of I-70 at Kingdom City to enjoy this place. Besides Fulton is a nice little town. I know I'll stop there again the next time I'm traveling that highway. read more

I'm not sure about the alcoholic drinks here, but as far as the food goes it's so bad. The meat was super salty, the tortillas I had was like someone reheated it in the microwave so was crunchy on the edges and hard! I gave this place three chances and all three times I ended up giving my dog what I ordered. I appreciate all the things they do for the community though I think if it wasn't for them being so involved. I don't think they would still be open. read more
