Different from traditional scones, Utah scones are a yeasted dough that are deep fried. Piled with honey butter, I'd forgotten how much I loved them. We also ordered a blueberry fritter, which was a scone filled with blueberry filling before being deep fried. It was delicious. Not that their biscuits and gravy were bad, but I prefer my own biscuits. Theirs are a bit on the dry side. The gravy is perfect though. My daughter had a fried chicken sandwich which she liked, but she thought the fries weren't the best. In fairness, her fries were takeout and fries don't always travel well.
