Food was delicious, and the portions were huge. The spice level was varied and suitable for everyone's spice levels from mild to HOT Service was OK, I've seen alot of complaints in the reviews about the service, I didn't think it was as bad as others have said. I didn't have to wait on refills, and the table/check was brought in a timely manner.

First visit to this restaurant and it didn't start well. Our server was very abrupt when he arrived asking what do you want to drink. We hadn't even looked at the menu let alone the drink menu. He just stood there waiting we both ordered margarita he then brought water followed by the drinks. I ordered the enchiladas and my wife the seafood enchiladas. They came with rice and beans. The enchiladas were very small one beef, one cheese, and one chicken with three different sauces they weren't great very small. My wife said her seafood crab was not real crab but that wasn't clear on the menu. You do get a large tray of chips and salsa which is good. All in all a very average but dismal dinner. We felt very rushed even though the place was mostly empty. Will we go back. Not sure at this point. We were so rushed I didn't even get a chance to get copies of the menu which is large just like the restaurant. Casual

I really liked this place. We stopped in after a cheer competition. We were all starving, this place was just what we needed. All the food was really good, the hamburger was as big as my daughter's face. I don't know if it was really bigger than any other burger but it seemed big when she picked it up. Kids chicken was good, there was live entertainment with a "country" singer. It was all very entertaining and good food. They chips and salsa were awesome. If we lived closer this place would definitely be a regular for us. They had some kind of lunch taco bar, I don't remember the details of when they do it but I bet that's good and the price was a good deal (I don't remember how much they said it was but it was a good deal for what it offers). Next time we're in the Ogden area I'd like to go back.

Love this place for their molcajetes! My favorite is the Molcajete Supreme and the ranchero one (pictured) is also very good! I try to follow an animal based diet and this is a nice change from burger patties. My husband loves their chips and salsa and shrimp cocktail. The booths and atmosphere are comfortable and the service is always pretty good.

Read the reviews and decided to give El Paisa a try. We were not disappointed. Service was friendly, welcoming. Complimentary chips and salsa. We started with queso fondido, was served hot with side of roasted onions and jalapeño. This was a melty cheesy ooey gooey deliousness!! Must try. We had the chicken burrito supreme covered with green sauce. This burrito is Huge! Full of juicy, tender chicken with guacamole and tomato. Taco birra parrilla was soooo tender and the delicious au jus.. Perfect! Taco platter with asada, carnitas, pastor all meats were tender and melt in your mouth. The servings on all meals are huge, served hot. Diana was our server- she was so friendly. We will back back to try their taco bar!!

Mini all you can eat tacos

Great buffet! I love the Mexican vibes in this place and the cantina. I went in during their lunch buffet (M-F 11a-2pm). Unlimited tacos w beans and rice. I came by myself, but I saw others come in alone for the buffet as well! The tacos were mini sized, and I appreciate that! It gives me room to try all of them. I personally did not like chicken Chipotle. I mean, maybe others are into it. Try it and let me know your thoughts! Hahaha! The service was great! As soon as I arrived I headed straight to the tacos, when I came back my drink and salsa w chips was already at my table. When you go to the taco bar, you are greeted by two people. They ask how many tacos, they warm up your Tortillas and then you have a variety of taco meats to choose from, which they kindly dish up for you, then they offer you a plate of beans and rice. I only took them up on it once bc I wanted to make room for tacos. It was delicious, and I would recommend it to everyone! I had 10 tacos, I would've prob ate 2 more or another serving of beans and rice, but I had an upcoming appt and had to rush out. Thoroughly enjoyed this place!

The biggest Chimmi I've ever seen. This is the first time here and a salad to boot! Sweet.

Molcajete Supreme, rice and beans, shrimp empanadas

This is one of our favorite spots for Mexican food. We love their all you can eat taco bar. Their fajitas, and enchiladas are always great. And we love that we can find things on their menu that a lot of other Mexican restaurants in the area don't have, such as their ceviche tostadas, which are delicious, and what my husband and I ordered last night: their molcajete supreme. This is meant to be shared between two people. Steak, chicken breast, shrimp, onions, nopalis, and cotija cheese in a delicious tomatillo sauce, served with rice and beans, and your choice of flour or corn tortillas. This is definitely one of our favorite meals here! We also got some shrimp empanadas to share with our kids, and my husband and I each ordered a margarita. I was not quite so adventurous as my husband and went for a reliable lime margarita, on the rocks. But my husband decided to try a cilantro margarita - a lime margarita with cilantro. I had a sip and was pleasantly surprised. I like cilantro, but thought drinking it might be a bit much, but it was actually very refreshing and added some nice depth to the drink. I asked him later and he said he did not get sick of the cilantro by the end, which is something I thought could happen. I will have to remember it for next time. Our two youngest kids got enchiladas, which they always enjoy, and our oldest, who struggles with Mexican food, got an avocado burger, which he loved. We do wish that their taco bar was running on weekends, since this is actually our oldest's favorite, but we don't often get here during the work week.

A birthday surprise I'll never forget!…read more This restaurant came highly recommended by a former employee, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything impressed us. I tried a mezcal cocktail for the first time, the blueberry mezcal, and it was incredibly unique, smoky, slightly sweet, and just overall delicious. For food, we ordered the corn, poblano tamales, and the chorizo steak burrito. Every bite was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, so much so that we ended up taking leftovers home (always a good sign!). But the true highlight of the evening? The birthday celebration. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and I casually mentioned a birthday at the end of the month. She smiled and said, "Leave the rest to me." I had no idea what was coming... Suddenly, the entire bar lit up? iterally. Flames shot up like a volcano erupting, the staff came out with fire, bubbles, and this incredible energy. It felt like a full-on performance. Then came a rich chocolate cake soaked in liqueur that was just as dramatic as it was delicious. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. If you're looking for amazing food, creative drinks, and unforgettable celebrations, this place delivers on all of it. We'll definately be back.

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
