I saw this taco truck when I was driving so I yelped it and has good reviews so I swang by to get some tacos finally very excited because the valley is known for good Mexican food. I got 3 asadas and 3 al pastors, there are not much meat on al pastor so couldn't really taste it, but seemed too sweet, and asada was kinda dry, tough meat, I thought I broke my front tooth when I first bit into the first one, both red and green sauce were too hot but not much flavor to it, I expected to be like tacos in Tijuana or King Tacos... Ordered a chicken hot Cheeto burrito and a normal asada for my hubby. His had beans rice asada all that good stuff, the meat was juicy and it was delicious! My burrito however had chicken and Cheetos only. The chicken is dry, they threw on so many hot Cheetos that when I took them out all I was left with was a tiny taquito the width of a half a dollar coin. Pathetic. Also go two bites with cheese, idk if it was supposed to have some or not.. I was confuse by that. Hopefully the tacos will save it. read more

I ordered the asada fries and the Carne asada Hot Cheeto burrito. The fries alone were crispy very similar to curly fries from Jack in the box, which I love ! Plenty of carne, and cheese. The Carne asada Burrito was okay, which is why I'm giving a 4 star rating. I personally just didn't enjoy the mix of meat and Hot cheetos odly because I love the two. The sauces are absolutely incredible, I'd say stock up! The staff was also very kind, they even gave us a bean tostada as we waited for the food. This is by far the best taco truck in the San Fernando Valley the quality of the meat is superior to its competitors it's unbelievable I used to live in Downtown LA and I was worried that I wasn't going to get the same quality of tacos moving to the valley after eating at this truck I can't even compare it to anything else I've ever eaten!!! My son wanted to try this taco truck so we stopped. He got a burrito, I got a cheese quesadila. He loved the burrito and it was huge for $6.00. My quesadilla was ok. It came with some shredded lettuce, sour cream and a couple of tomatoes. The lettuce was yellow and old and not even a spoonful of sour cream. The saving grace was the green sauce. So full of flavor and spice! The red sauce was aight. The 'B' rating kinda freaked me out but neither of us got sick and you can see right in the truck, everything was clean. By far the best tacos I have ever had! They are not greasy, full of flavor, and by far the best green salsa ever! The servings are right on point with the price. Don't let the B rating fool you. I have been going to this stand for over a year without any problems, and honestly, we all know the Health Department can be a little over the top. Ordered 6 tacos. 3 Asada & 3 Pastor. The tortillas were very nice and warm and soft, almost too soft. The meat was under-seasoned and relatively bland. Needed more salt/marination on both meats. Meats were well trimmed with very little fat/gristle. The salsas were both lacking in flavor as well as consistency. Both red and green salsas were bland, thick and flavorless. No heat from the salsas. Onion and cilantro were standard, nothing good or bad to say about that. I appreciate the small tostadas that they passed out while I waited for my food, but it was basically a large chip with beans on top, again not much flavor and the beans were lacking flavor (salt/fat). The rave reviews for this truck are not accurate. This review is intended to give the owner a better understanding of a real experience at their business. read more

Fast, fresh and friendly is as accurate as it gets. We tried the tacos de asada, quesadilla de asada, mulita and burrito asada. Everything was so good. I'm on a mission to try almost every if not all taco trucks in the valley. This place I must say is pretty dang good. The Al pastor is good. Way above average. Done a little crispy the way I personally prefer. The Asada could use a tad more salt, but I think salt needs salt. The salsas were fresh and had a good kick. In particular the avocado/habanero salsa was my favorite. Must not forget the freshly made tostadas with beans they brought out to us. That is really cool when they take care of the customer.
