Wasn't sure what to expect but glad we walked in. The food was good. We ordered a carne asada burrito, flautas which came with rice and beans and carne asada tacos. All were delicious. To drink I ordered the cucumber drink which was so refreshing. The restaurant was also clean and so were the restrooms. That's a big plus! They're doing something right at this location. Customer service is excellent. They've been extremely professional over the phone and attentive. Susana took my party burrito order and she triple checked my order, called the next day to confirm, and everything was perfect and on time. She even said she'd deliver it if they weren't short on staff that day. The food is also delicious. Their carne asada is very flavorful and juicy, not salty or acidic. It's perfect. I have never had a bad Pozole until today. Their Pozole is more like broth. It's supposed to be a deep red color from using 3 chiles - Arbol, Ancho and Guajillo. I don't think they use any Chile in this soup. It looks like water that they sprinkled Tapatio into. The pork pieces were square and hard. Usually when you cook Pozole, the pork pieces are supposed to fall apart in the soup so there are little shredded pieces of pork everywhere. Not here. Just bland, giant pieces of pork that they didn't bother to cut up or shred. No love!! This Pozole was worse than Rachel Rays. Whoever made this recipe needs their cooking license revoked. Worst Pozole I ever tasted in my entire life. The plainest Pozole ever. No flavor whatsoever. If you like chicken broth with hominy then go for it. read more

The machaca burrito was DELICIOUS!! AMBIENCE Looks small from the outside. Blacked out windows. However, once you step inside, they have 2 storefronts so it's a good sized restaurant with plenty of seating. They have small upright wooden chairs with wicker construction for the seating. The machaca burrito comes with pieces of stewed brisket cooked in egg & onions with rice and beans. At another restaurant, that was extra. I ALWAYS ask for extra diced jalepeños. All wrapped in a yummy flour tortilla with toasty brown etchings, marking it's time spent over the heat. The burrito was a nice size wrapped in foil to keep it hot and served on a plate. My eyes weren't disappointed. I was salivating as I was cutting through the fragrant toasted flour shell & through the scrumptious fragrant layers of goodness inside of it. It was delicious and the salsas I had it with were just a bonus!!! My only little complaint was that the meat could've been a bit more tender. However, it didn't affect the overall amazing flavor of the burrito. SERVICE You walk up to the counter to the order. The ladies at the counter are very nice. I ended up here because all the restaurants around the area were extremely full due to the holiday. I was starving and we just settled for this place. To our surprise the place was bigger than what it looked from the outside, the staff were really friendly, the wait for the food was reasonable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom (with a toddler I visit the bathroom pretty much everywhere I go...) when the food got there it looked delicious and it tasted very good. I really didn't expect it to taste that good, it was pretty good and authentic mexican food. The ambience was very comfortable, spanish music playing, some nice Mexican painting on the walls.
