Crispy shell, perfectly cooked seafood & steak with the most delicious spicy cream sauce. Birria quesadilla was loaded up with meat & cheese, not greasy at all - dipped into the broth - bomb! I quickly looked up their Instagram and saw pictures of the food . Looked fire!! I could not wait to check it out . We got there right before closing the first night & unfortunately they were sold out of tortas . So we got 2 super burritos. 1 asada & 1 pastor. And 2 tacos a lengua & carnitas. Burritos were a great size and ingredients were well portioned. Their hot sauces were really good!! We loved the flavor of our burritos. And I loved how fresh their food taste . So we went back a few days later & ordered 2 tortas asada . And a lengua taco & pastor. Omg the tortas were so damn good!! And let me tell you we absolutely love their meat , especially their pastor & asada. I love this truck! Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious! I went to the food trailer at noon on a Friday. Had a couple construction workers eating under the canopies with tables. I ordered tacos birria which came with onions, cilantro, and consommé sauce. Four tacos with four different meats to try most on the menu. Also a nachos which is my wife's favorite. All are better than most taquerias. The staff is super friendly and the food was great. My first bike took me back to when I was a little boy and my mom had made me a Torta as a pack lunch for my field trip to the Zoo. I remember feeling ashamed because we weren't well off and all the other kids had Lunchables. When lunch time came around and I had my Mom's Torta with the toasted bun and everything on it made with Love, it became my soul food. Tacos el Guero 209 gave me an experience like no place else. Decided to try this place with my husband and we were not disappointed. He passes it everyday from work so we finally decided to try it and are already debating to go back for more for dinner. Yes it was that good ! I hate having "squishy's" (the fat) in my carnitas and both my taco and torta had none. It was so enjoyable to eat it with no worries of having to pick stuff out. Bomb. Bomb. Bomb. Went tonight for dinner to go and I think after 7 years of being in Central Valley we finally found a SOLID taco spot. We ordered the quesabirrias with consume, quesataco Al pastor, guero favorite taco, super taco carnitas, and champurrado. EVERY SINGLE THING was beyond amazing. Everything tasted fresh with no lack of flavor and not overly salty or dry! The champurrado was amazing! It reminded me of my grandma's (she passed) and that was so soothing. It was not too sweet, not too grainy, and temp was perfect. The consume was a major highlight. I legit wanted to drink the whole thing after dipping my quesabirrias in it, and I would have if I wasn't so stuffed. Pricing was on point, portion wise and especially for the quality and taste of everything. The service was amazing too. The woman behind the window that took our order was friendly and she even brought our food out to our car where we were staying out of the cold! Right up to our window!!!! So kind and she went above and beyond for that! Thank you!!!!! We definitely will be regulars here. No pics because we were too excited to eat when we got home. Tried out this place for the first time tonight after reading some nice reviews. We were not disappointed! My husband and I chose the quesabirria, delicious and flavorful birria meat, loads of cilantro and onion on the side and a BIG cup of consomé for dipping. They were delectable! Our daughter tried the Super Nachos. Super is right. The helping was huge and delicious! The gal that took our order was very sweet and helpful and I noticed that all the staff were smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
