Their potato salad and beans were wonderful and customized. The beef sandwich, however, was the best I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. This is a phrase I do not state easily. Their BBQ was far more than simply combining meat with a BBQ on a bun for profit. It was as though they were able to extract the care and love a smoker were to possess and combine it into their food. I have never experienced such a well created meal. Chilly Willy's Smokehouse BBQ is the pentacle of BBQ. I cannot imagine any other establishments reaching their level of excellence.
