Services awesome food is delicious. This restaurant was recommended to us by our plumber. Very authentic Mexican food. Unique dishes that are not made in most restaurants like the juice in its meat that has beans in it etc. fyi: just a little spicy! Handmade tortillas are thick and delicious, and Fresh aguas frescas. Very nice attentive staff.

First time visit after seeing so many reviews. Upon arrival the cashier took long to attend us since he was busy making drinks( bad first impression) Food took a while for it to come out but it was worth it. Tacos de asada and lengua I recommend. The toppings are served separately so if you're used to having them served, not here. I'd definitely give it another try and will update.

I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews. I've been coming here for years because the food is good but sadly I have never been so disappointed. For starters, my Togo order was for an Al pastor burrito-I received carne asada instead. I said ok, the food is good so I'll deal with it this time. NOPE! It was horrible. The meat inside was completely inedible. It was all tough fat trimmings!! This is completely unacceptable. I thought this establishment cared about what they served. I guess that's not the case anymore. Save yourself the $15 on a carne asada burrito. Cause who wants to pay that for basically rice & beans! Certainly not I. :(

Love this place we are visiting on Wednesday May 13, 2026 at 5:25 pm, this is our third time in a row that we attempted to order chips & salsa, the third time in a row they say they are out of chips, HOW?? Part of the experience at this wonderful stop is ordering the Chips & Salsa, the salsa here is phenomenal, well I remember it used to be!! Get it together EL Burro Veloz, your competition is not running out of Chips, for Chips & Salsa!!

I used to love this spot! I would order a couple of times a week. Lately though, not sure what has changed. I've ordered a handful of times and the taste and freshness isn't quite there anymore. I've called in to place orders and they've answered with hello? Not the usual business name. They've also been out of items first thing when they open and they said it was because they hadn't gotten the ingredients for the day. It sucks because finding a food Mexican food spot around here is difficult!

Great flavors. Had beef soup with whole beans and was not disappointed. Great flavors Service was friendly and easy vibe. No frills decor and very clean.

Stumbled across this underrated restaurant with my friend for dinner. The interior is clean and well kept. The girls working also added to the welcoming interior by greeting us and offering recommendations when we asked. There were a lot of to-go orders when we arrived. The menu is different from other Mexican restaurants, which I really liked! The meat options also span farther from the ones offered typically. Wanting to try something new, I ordered a Bistek Nápoles Perrona. Looking at the price, I expected it to be small but the portion was so good for the price point. The steak was super saucy and the flavors were on point! There was a slight eggy taste (I couldn't find out where it was coming from). My friend ordered a burrito and that was good as well! I ordered a horchata which was not too sweet with just the right amount of cinnamon. I can't wait to come back to try their other items! :)

Tender, juicy, flavorful meat. Nice soft yummy tortillas. Very good salsa. And the horchata! So good Loved it here.

Our absolute favorite spot!! For a while, this place was our Gordita spot & that's the only thing we'd get (aside from like horchata). We came with a friend & he decided to get a burrito.... It is now our Gordita & burrito spot. We crave this place about 1x/week if not more. The carne asada is seasoned very well & just keeps getting better & better each time we try a new item. This place is a small, family run business. The staff is very nice & welcoming each time we come in. I can't rave about this place enough!

Basic experience. I was looni g forward to trying it, since I'd heard good things about it. We had a few things. The al pastor super burrito (It was ok, it had some fatty pieces, the meat was lacking in authenticity and very little avocado). The gorditas, one picadillo and one chicken tinga (The chicken tinga was good but very little, beans were very runny. The picadillo was bland). The best was the barbaco taco ( flavorful meat and tortillas). I did like the onions, cilantro and limes that were provided. The agua fresca we had was the cucumber and lime , that was delicious. No complimentary chips though, they cost an extra 2.99. All in all it was an ok experience. Not the best, not the worst. With so many taco places in the area, it comes down to the little things. We may give it another chance.

    Perrona, kick ass and delicious!

If you would like to try something different in Mexican food, check this place out. Besides the standard meat choices, they offer Guisado, which is a stewed method of cooking the meat, and it's fantastic! You just have to try it to see. One of my favorite items is the Perrona, which translates to "kick ass," and it is! A quesadilla on a thick, house made tortilla and filled with a Guisado, can't go wrong! The place is clean and well lit, the staff are friendly and helpful and the food, again, is the best around! If you like Mexican food, you'll like this place.

Thank God for another meal, because this place definitely did not serve one made with care…read more The experience started off confusing before we even got the food. We pulled up around 12:50, and the sign on the door said closed, while the lighted sign said open. Mixed signals right away. We literally had to call just to find out if anyone was even there. I ordered a super burrito wet, half green and half red sauce. I was told what it came with, but when I got the food, key ingredients were missing. No real sour cream, no proper pico de gallo, and barely anything that made it feel like an actual super burrito. I also ordered another super burrito and asked for ranchero meat, because that is clearly something they sell there. If you sell ranchero tacos, then obviously ranchero meat exists in your kitchen and should be an option in a burrito too. Instead, the burrito came in a box looking like they already knew it wasn't put together right. When I got home and opened it, I was honestly disappointed. The photos speak for themselves. This was not a super burrito. It was a sloppy tortilla overloaded with rice and meat, with almost nothing else inside to balance it out. No beans, barely any vegetables, no real pico, and no care in the way it was made. It looked like somebody just stuffed whatever was easiest in there and called it done. And before anyone tries to say I didn't ask for certain things, you can literally see tiny pieces of tomato in there, which shows some kind of veggie mix was supposed to be part of it. But overall, it was still mostly just rice and meat. That is not what people expect when they order a super burrito. The wet burrito was just as bad presentation-wise. It should have been smothered properly, with that melty, flavorful, put-together look. Instead, it looked rushed, sloppy, and halfway done. Even the cheese on top looked like it was thrown on without any effort. This whole meal felt like it was made with no pride. Confusing service, missing ingredients, weak execution, and burritos that looked more like a struggle meal than something worth paying for. Grateful to have food, always. But I would not come back for this. Here's a shorter, sharper Yelp version too: Pulled up around 12:50 and the sign said closed, but the open light was on. We had to call just to see if anyone was there. That should've been the first warning. Ordered a wet super burrito, half green and half red, and another super burrito with ranchero meat. What I got was a sloppy mess. The photos speak for themselves. These were not super burritos -- they were mostly rice and meat stuffed into a tortilla with missing ingredients and no care. No real pico de gallo, no beans, barely any balance, and the wet burrito looked rushed and poorly finished. The cheese on top looked thrown on, not melted and smothered the way it should be. One burrito even came in a box looking like it had already fallen apart. If you sell ranchero tacos, then ranchero should clearly be available as burrito meat too. No excuse there. The places was alone for it to be lunch hour . Not a lot of people Overall, this food looked and tasted like it was made with no pride. Grateful for the meal, but definitely not worth the money.

It was packed with flavorful, juicy meat and had the ideal ratio of beans, rice, and cheese -- every bite was balanced and satisfying. No skimpy filling here. Just a beautifully built burrito done right. The chips and guacamole were just as impressive. The chips came out hot, thin, and perfectly fresh -- that light crisp that shatters just right. The guacamole tasted bright and fresh, clearly made with care and real ingredients. We also tried the pastor torta, and wow. It was loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat, and the bread was soft, fresh, and toasted perfectly. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how a torta should be. Every component worked together so well. And the piña agua fresca? Super fresh and refreshing -- the perfect complement to everything we ordered. We come here often, but this time we switched it up and tried the burrito -- and it did not disappoint. This is easily one of the best taquerias in town. ***** PLEASE READ BEFORE EATING HERE *****…read more I normally do not leave Yelp reviews unless an experience is truly bad, but after today I felt people should know before spending their money here. I chose Guadalajara because I had previously tried their food truck at an event and really enjoyed the food. For Mother's Day, my 17-year-old son wanted to do something nice for me and took me there with my other kid and my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was awful from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was completely dead with barely any customers, and the woman working the front register looked irritated that we were even there. She was unfriendly, rude, rushed us while ordering, and made us feel like we were bothering her the entire time. While ordering, we noticed there were no cooks in the kitchen. After we placed our order, she told us they were "running behind" because there were no cooks available. She also got part of our order wrong, specifically the type of meat we requested. When we politely questioned it after seeing the receipt, she immediately became defensive and insisted we ordered it that way, which we absolutely did not. She eventually said she would fix it before the food came out. The problems continued after that. The bathroom had no toilet paper, there were no napkins or utensils available anywhere in the restaurant, and every time we had to ask her for something she acted irritated and inconvenienced. When my food finally arrived, it was extremely spicy. When I asked why, she claimed I had personally requested it extra spicy, which never happened. At that point it became obvious she had rushed through our order and was not listening to anything we were actually asking for. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming the entire time. My mother even went to get napkins from the car because she did not want to "bother" the cashier again due to how rude she was acting. I felt terrible because my son had good intentions bringing me here for Mother's Day, and he honestly felt bad afterward for recommending the restaurant. I appreciated his thoughtfulness, but sadly this experience completely ruined what should have been a nice family meal. I will never return here, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Whether this woman is the owner, a family member, or an employee, management needs to understand that this level of customer service drives people away. Word of mouth matters, and customer service can absolutely ruin a restaurant no matter how good the food may once have been. One star.
