The guacamole tasted bright and fresh, clearly made with care and real ingredients. We also tried the pastor torta, and wow. It was loaded with tender, well-seasoned meat, and the bread was soft, fresh, and toasted perfectly. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how a torta should be. Every component worked together so well. And the piña agua fresca? Super fresh and refreshing -- the perfect complement to everything we ordered. The truck is located inside a lot so there is plenty of parking available, service was great. I picked up 2 super burritos $12 each (azada with extra sour cream) that is an additional $1 per burrito. I also order 3 handmade tortilla tacos $.50 additional per taco (azada, chicken, and pastor). I also order 3 drinks (horchata), the order came with a small bag of chips and salsa (I wish it was a bag per food item or meal ordered). My bill came up to $46; I should say that I was excited about the tacos 1 because of the price and 2 because I like to try food trucks and support small businesses. Once I got home, we found out that one of the super burritos had no sour cream at all; that was disappointing ( I didn't try the burritos since I am gluten free, but I was told it was ok as far as flavor). The tacos were for me and I think they were alright, the steak and al pastor meat didn't have much flavor in comparison to other tacos I had, plus the meat was on the dry side. On the other hand the chicken taco was surprisingly good, that was grilled yet it was juice- the marination of the chicken was good in my opinion. I always feel like you can't go wrong with a horchata, but it seems like we got the bottom of it, the drink was so grainy that we had to drain it.
