However, as I opened my order upon returning home, I discovered: 1) one item was missing, although it was listed on the receipt attached to the bag. 2) where I had ordered 2 enchiladas plates and 1 chicken fajita plate, I received 1 enchiladas and 2 chicken. When I called the restaurant, the woman answering the phone understood my concerns and explained that the person taking my order was new. ??? I responded, "Ok, mistakes happen, can I get the charge for missing item credited back to my credit card?" Long story shorter, she couldn't do that and I would have to drive 25 minutes back to the store to receive my original order (with a free dessert as apologies). For some unexplained reason she would not be able to credit my card. I was confused, she was confused and she stated she would call me back (presumably after speaking to a superior). NEVER called back. Willing to presume there are reasons why I wasn't called back like, no phone number, or lost my phone number? At the end of the day, customer must assume responsibilities for checking the contents of there takeaway order, no matter how well you tip the restaurant. Again, food is really good...
