The meat was perfectly cut into small bites of meat, and all the vegetables perfectly blended together when you take a bit!!! It was delicious!!!! I forgot to customize it for my husband, who's a no creamy sauce and no spicy anything. But...he ended up eating every bit of the bowl because it was so good! I l really liked mine too with the pork, but I wish the pork was crispier. The lumpia was crispy and good and for $5 you get 2 long lumpias served with the sweet chili sauce. Their calamansinade is one of my favorite drinks and often sells out quickly. I highly recommend the longanisa dumplings, bao tacos, and their signature bánh mì sandwich with bistek or tocino. The bread is made in-house, and you can taste the freshness. Orders can be placed through a self-ordering kiosk. You can expect a bit of a wait during busy times especially larger events, but it's well worth it. If they're in your area, be sure to check these ladies out, you won't be disappointed!

EVER…read more I had the pleasure of working with Carlos for my 40th birthday party this past weekend and words cannot describe how amazing the food and service were from start to finish. I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned. There was not a single guest who didn't comment on the tacos and more than a few asked for his card hoping to hire him for their next event. Best part was I was able to take home the left overs and have enjoyed the tacos for the past 2 nights with my family, not a drop was wasted I can assure you! The matcha just didn't hit the same as before, and the salt bread was cold and extremely hard, hard enough to knock someone out. It didn't feel fresh at all. I mentioned it to the staff about the quality and suggested warming it up since salt bread is typically soft and fluffy. It took some convincing them to warm it up. The worker had me wait for quite some time just to get approval from the back kitchen to do a simple task. The whole process was surprisingly ridiculous given how simple the request was. They were able to warm up the piece that was "untouched" but not the one i ripped in half. At that point they should have replaced my bread considering how dry, cold, and hard it was.
