This is my first taco spot I'm trying in OK coming from CA. I couldn't believe the prices!!! Usually when you see prices like this the meat quality is horrible. In Los Angeles you can find bomb tacos anywhere and these tacos were actually pretty good! For the price, the meat is decent. They came with a red and green sauce. Green was creamy with a little spice. I prefer the red; but normally I'm a green sauce girl. I'll be back!! If they add a little cup of consomé to this they've be !!

Tacos are small. Meats a touch too chewy. Flavors are good, not great, but good. Al pastor had the best flavor of the bunch. Carne asada was seasoned right but a bit overcooked and tough. Everything was better with those excellent salsas of theirs. Especially the green tomatillo salsa, one of the tastiest around. Tortillas are store bought but grilled just right to hold up well. Also too few escabeche were included, no grilled onions, no toreodos. Only one lime wedge for four tacos, and they didn't give me the extra salsas I asked for. The woman taking orders has a lot of trouble hearing so be sure to speak up. Parking lot is awful. We were nearly backed into by another car. Cars park too close and flood the truck with exhaust fumes. The last big issue I have is it is takeaway only, lacking any tables or seating, nothing. And no shade from the 102 degree summer heat. There is easily room for at least one picnic table and possibly a shade canopy. Or just use the shade of the neighboring building. They definitely need to spend some money and improve their space. Cash only.

My favorite taco truck!!! The Pastor (spicy pork) and Barbacoa are my faves. I would bet I am there at least once per week! They do not skimp on the protein so definitely worth the $2! Run don't walk. Cash only so hit the atm first! read more

You know when you find a food truck you absolutely love and will drive far to get some? That's Taco El Tapatío. We live about 20ish minutes away from Yukon and we will still drive out to eat some flavorful tacos. Be prepared to see an auto shop with the truck inside a chain gated area. The road into it is TERRIBLE. Don't quickly drive into it because you'll miss the HUGE potholes and may regret it lol only reason for docking a star is cause the location is terrible in terms of driving through those huge potholes and navigating them. It's seriously like a landmine. Their salsa is delicious. I prefer the green salsa over the red as I'm not a fan of the smoky flavor/chipotle but both are still flavorful. The tacos are soooo good. Totally spiced and full of flavor on the meats. The burrito is HUGE. The quesadilla was a little bit more greasy than I preferred but it was because it was packed with loads of cheese and meat so you can't be mad. Support this local food truck! So good and worth the drive. Can't wait to eat from here again! read more

The service I got was horribl, I had orders the 2 5 tacos plates and they gave me 2 plates with 3 tacos with beans and rice, I went up to let them know they gave me the wrong thing and I would like my others tacos, then she proceeded to say I was in the wrong, they should have gave me my actual order instead of blowing me off. read more

This is the 2nd time in 2 days that we've eaten and thoroughly enjoyed the food here. We lived in San Miguel de Allende for a few months and learned what authentic Mexican should taste like, but we missed the TexMex. Living in Texas taught us what fabulous TexMex should taste like. Now that we're in Oklahoma City, we longed for those wonderful Mexican and TexMex dishes. The Tacos El Tapatio truck has restored our faith to find delicious food in the OKC area! IMO, they have the perfect blend of authentic Mexican and TexMex flavors rolled into one. The Tacos are divine and the Mulitas are beyond tasty. The beans and rice are perfectly TexMex! I highly recommend this taco truck but bring cash...they don't take cards! read more

We have a favorite taco truck by the office and the new guy asked if we had ever been to the truck in Yukon. Being a taco truck addict, I took the first opportunity to hunt this truck down. I wish I could have snapped at least one picture before the food basically was inhaled. We have been back a few times and get a picture of a single taco is like trying to get a picture of Bigfoot. Seriously we just eat everything too fast! I really like the carnitas street tacos. The hubs gets the beef; which are also delicious. They have a covered area with picnic tables and a large fenced in parking area. They offer bottled sodas and water. PS I'm a super sissy when it comes to the the "mild" green sauce. read more

Love this taco truck. Fast service, good prices and the barbacoa taco or carnitas taco are where it is at!! Salsas are good and spicy. I go by there regularly and always get extra and just reheat any leftovers in a pan with a little butter to crisp up the tortillas! Love it! Maybe one day they will open a brick and mortar, but if not I'll gladly keep eating out of a box! read more

We love this place! My husband loves the mulitas. My son's favorite is pastor quesadilla with lots of green sauce. My personal favorite is the carnitas tacos. The pork has just a subtle crunch that soaks up the green sauce. read more

This was our first time coming here today after reading all the great reviews. I ordered the Carne Asada and Beef Burrito. The beef in both dishes was tough and chewy. I'm going to put the Carne Asada in my small crockpot to cook it overnight to tenderize it. The rice and beans on the Carne Asada plate was delicious. Cash only. No flour tortillas. Those were the two unknowns for me leading up to my visit to TET1, so now you know! We got two taco platters and decided on a selection of pollo, asada, lengua, and al pastor tacos. Despite not being a corn tortilla fan, the tortillas themselves were soft without being overly-flaky and textured which, in turn, helped soak up all the meat-juices nicely. I get annoyed eating corn tortillas because they're much more prone to splitting but I didn't have that issue on this occasion. The meat in each taco also tasted fresh and had great flavor without being overly salty, especially the al pastor. The tacos were great, though a tiny bit too greasy and small (another reason I'm not big on corn tortillas). The guys in the truck were also friendly and quick to serve, and answered any questions I had about the menu. If you're in the Yukon area, TET1 is an easy recommendation for a quick, tasty, and inexpensive dinner to-go. read more

I normally don't like corn tortillas because of how easy they break. But they did not! They actually had a slight crisp around the edges. It didn't take long for our meal to be ready but others told us that they had waited an hour in previous visits. I had the lobster and tots, the pico was delicious and really put the dish over the top. I also had the clam chowder which was fantastic. My husband had the lobster tacos which were terrific and loaded with big pieces of meat. He chose the lobster bisque as well but sadly neither of us liked it and we definitely recommend the clam chowder.

Temperature: Waited in line for fresh, the lobster roll was warm and cold at the same time, and the bisque was watered down with no lobster chunks and cold. Pre-Packaged: The Woopied Pie was premade/prepacked and is frozen solid, it is inedible. -Lobster Roll, plus bisque, plus woopie pie was over $40 and that did not include the mandatory tip. Always wanted to try it - now I have, not returning (over-priced, bland, pre-made). UPDATE: I was able to speak with Bethanie, the Customer Relations Manager, for about 10-15 minutes to discuss my concerns. Our conversation was helpful, and it appears this was likely an isolated incident. I've agreed to visit the OKC truck the next time it's in town and will update my review afterward. Because of the professional and thoughtful customer service interaction, I'm updating my rating from one (1) star to two (2) stars. How a company handles concerns can shape how the overall experience is remembered, and it's clear Cousins Maine Lobster has passionate people behind their brand.

If y'all aren't feeling any of those sides, they also offer fries (a mixture of traditional fries and sweet potato fries) or a side salad for an additional $1. Dipping sauces include ranch, honey mustard and a Korean bbq! You will eat the entire basket. Don't try to convince yourself you're not hungry. Get the regular size or the large. Leave the Jr for the kids! Pleasantly satisfying without a heavy feel that most fried food brings. If you're looking for a eating tip, I suggest using the homemade chips as a spoon with the potato salad. The combination of textures and flavors is divine! The two workers, quite possibly the owners, were irritated at all of their customers. And they weren't even very busy. The only positive here was prices were fair for the portions. But they failed in every other possible way.

When we finally got a table we waited another 10 minutes for someone to visit us. When we ordered drinks and the green chile nachos as a starter our server wandered off and never brought our drinks. We flagged down another server to send back the nachos (they were gross) and she promised to send our server over. 15 minutes later (we still haven't even seen our server) somebody else walks by and asks if we need anything. "Drinks would be nice. A server or manager would be nice. " After waiting another ten minutes we got up and left. I am 100% positive that: A) I will NEVER go back. B) I will never recommend this place to anyone. C) My server was completely stoned out of their minds. D) They don't care one bit if you have a good experience or a bad one because there are 200 more people that want to eat here
