Since that time they have provided food for three events, large and small. Each time Jessica has been extremely responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to provide the best menu for our gatherings. The first was food truck catering for a wedding, the second was a small family meal (that we picked up at the truck one Sat.) to help that same couple celebrate an anniversary and the third event was catering a birthday/retirement party for us. She personally saw to it that we had everything we asked for and more!! I would give ten stars if I could and we will continue to visit their truck as much as possible. Anyway, I heard the woman a few orders before mine ask if we had to do the tacos x2 (on the menu, they're listed as you getting two of the same tacos). He said you could mix it up if you wanted to try different tacos. When it was my time to order, I asked if I could do that as well, and he said I could. I ordered the sloppy taco and the fried avocado taco. Both sounded delicious, and I was going to share them with my girlfriend. She wanted to try those as well (I ordered before she texted me back... But luckily I ordered what she wanted). If you order two tacos that are different, they'll charge you the higher price of the two. That's totally OK with me, but just a heads up. They give you one of those alert squares that lets you know when your order is ready, that way you can go back to your table or whatever. I just hung out there and waited with the rest of the folks who had ordered. My buzzer went off, and I went to get my tacos. Instead of getting a sloppy taco and a fried avocado taco, I got two fried avocado tacos. They were busy, and I was content with getting two fried avocado tacos because they still looked delicious. The tacos were great. Nice crisp to the avocado. Flavor was spot on. Definitely worth checking out if you get the chance. Just thinking about them right now is making me hungry. I enjoyed the tacos, the staff was nice, and the truck is just a cool concept. I'd definitely try some of the other tacos in the future.

We were looking for somewhere to eat and saw a bunch of cars in their parking lot and decided to try it - a very good move. They are a in a modest setting (classic Taqueria), but the food was fantastic. We ordered a tacos of al pastor & lengua, 4 birria tacos, 3 gorditas - 2 of lengua and one of chorizo, along with a chile toreado and 2 Topo Chicos. The had a mild green sauce and a spicier orange sauce along with a bowl of pickled jalapenos, carrots and onions on the table (see photos). While the tacos were good, what really stood out were the gorditas - they may be the best ones I have ever had. They almost looked like they were grilled but they were fried they were not fooling around - just onions, cilantro, & the meat that you picked inside. Outstanding! (I later find out that they make their own chorizo). The birria - queso tacos were also excellent, but the consume (dipping sauce) was fantastic. It had a bit of onions and cilantro, and it was just a little bit spicy - not greasy at all. Value wise, this place rocked. The tacos were $2.19, birria sold in either 3 ($9.99) or 4 ($12.99). The gorditas were also sold 3 at a time for $9.59 or $10.99 depending on your meat selection. The service was also great! We dined in and they brought menus and took our orders and asked us several times if we needed anything. This place also has a Mexican Market and Butcher shop where they make their own chorizo, milanesa's, and cecina. The quality of the meat looked very good so we bought a couple of pounds to try it. If you like authentic Mexican Taquerias, you need to give El Primo a try.
