I've eaten there 10 times over the last three months. This place is the BOMB! I have had all the tacos and the burritos. They are fantastic. It's really fun that they are at Florida Key's Brewing Company. You can sit in the beer garden and eat, inside if you're comfortable, or get it to go. Sauces are also incredible. A good value. In the past five years, I have eaten at Tacos Jalisco 1 to 3 times per week. That should say enough right there! During all the years, I have never had anything but the fish tacos, beans and guacamole. Why? Because we Locals feel that they are the BEST and most REASONABLY PRICED, awesome meal in the Upper Keys. Besides the fish tacos, I've never heard anything but compliments for other menu items. And they keep the place and Kitchen" super clean! Being a food truck never crosses my mind. I've watched and become acquainted with the cook that is now at the ISLAMORADA location. No Restaurant here, even of my favorites, consistently cooks absolutely flaky perfect fish every single time better than he does. Seriously! I tell every single person that I know in the country to come to Tacos Jalisco as soon as they get here! The real bonus for some is that the Key Largo Chocolates and Ice Cream building is about 35 feet from Tacos Jalisco ;-). read more

This is the food truck next to Florida Keys brewing. not sure on hours but we were there for lunch and they had quite a line. Wife and I thought this place was incredible. Super authentic and beer garden seating area great place to sit in shade to eat. Next time I am in this area, this is probably the one place i would not miss returning to. read more

A welcome surprise! Tacos and burritos and sauces tasted authentic and delicious. The flan was a 10 out of 10 as they advertised. The pineapple juice was fresh. And going into the Florida Keys brewing Company for a tasting flight was great! We sat outside in a beautiful garden with shade trees at the brewing company and the taco truck staff brings your order to the table. We will be back! read more

Hmm the first time I experienced the ratings were way off for a business in Islamorada. I found the food poor quality. I worked in 2 Mexican restaurants. I would not serve the chips here or eat them. They were way over cooked, too thick and hard. Also we called the restaurant before coming to ask about seating. They said they have seating within their beer garden. That was misleading. This is a food truck not a restaurant. Also we found the food to be too oily. It left us feeling a little sick to our stomachs. They also lacked some typical menu items we prefer like fajitas. Not kid friendly. I would avoid this food truck. The ratings are not accurate. read more

Well, the food tasted good. But 4 out of 7 of us had intestinal issues after eating there. One of my friends was overcharged for her food and because they didn't provide a receipt, she was unable to prove it. I would not go back. Too many other good choices to make. read more

They are my new go to spot! We've eaten there many times and the food is always fantastic and flavorful. We usually get 2 of each taco on the menu and we've also tried their carne asada burrito and their chips and salsa. Ask for the Taco Loco which is usually on the menu only on wednesdays and it is delicious! So happy to have authentic mexican cuisine so close to home. I've eaten a lot of tacos. This place served me cold tortillas, and the meat was extremely dry to the point where I had to drink water with my bites to get it down. The taste was halfway decent.
