It's pure black angus with 3 different cuts of beef for the perfect texture and flavor. This is a food truck and you can certainly have this burger under one of the shades. My advice would be to grab it to go and have it at one of the many beautiful beaches or scenic areas in Marathon! I'm telling you this burger is worth the drive from anywhere you may be in the keys.
