It's located on grimmer parked in front of a gas station. I tried coming around 12 on a Friday and there was a huge line so I came back at 11:15 another day and there was no wait. Suadero Taco: A cut of meat from the middle of a cow, between the belly and leg, that's known for its smooth texture and high fat content. It ooks dry but the fat content is high so its still tender. Asada Taco: Cut a big larger than normal, still has that great steak chew and clean simply marinated flavor. Chicken Quesadilla: Its listed as just chicken and cheese but it has some crunchy bits added to it that make it amazing, I can't identify what it is, if anyone knows please message me. My favorite taco truck was closed because of the weather and I ended up passing by this truck on the way home. I got an asada burrito and 3 quesabirrias. I've got to say I'm a big fan of their quesabirrias, and it's been hard for me to find a place that sells delicious quesabirrias. I loved the grilled onion and little extras on my plate! Ok so the asada needed a little salt imo BUT I'm also an added salt to my food person so for the average human it's probably on point. The taco and quesadilla all together was on point and hit the spot. The tortillas are the yellow ones and they tied in great for the taco. Al pastor wasn't my preference but I'm picky with this type of seasoning and this one was lacking flavor for me. (Side note my sister had birria and she said it was good). The quesadilla was delicious. No complaints! Fast service. It's in the parking lot to a gas station so easy to go get a drink if you don't want an Agua Fresca that they offer or a variety of drinks. Easy access in and out of the lot. They also have a small sitting area behind the truck to enjoy your food. My absolute favorite is finding a spot in Freemont that is "basic" tacos vs Tijuana style. It's stationed at the edge of the gas station so it's perfect if you need to grab and go or decide to stay and sit at the picnic tables with umbrellas. Now the food, ooof let me tell you. This place is good for what Fremont has to offer. But lately, the last 2x i been they have been quite inconsistent. I come here for mainly the tripas and suadero tacos. Its what i usually get at other spots if they are offering these two types of meat. The first 2x i been, it was really good! The tripas was medium crispy and the suadero was very solid, good flavor and seasoning. But the other 2x i been, its been totally different. The suadero was off, tasted very blend and then the tripas was just so crispy to the point where it could cut your mouth. I might give it another try, who knows. Aka: carne asada, pollo and al pastor. One of the plates was a huarache. Even though it is a good size it was a bit bland. It had way too many nopales and no sour cream, it was pretty basic. I prefer salsa verde but they had ran out so I got the red one and it was spicy! The chicken I didn't care for but the steak and al pastor was tasty.
