English: This was my first time coming to Mi Lindo Sinaloa, and unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I ordered a Baja shrimp taco, a Mar y Tierra taco, and a TJ-style pastor taco. When my order arrived, they brought me an asada taco instead of the pastor taco I ordered. I asked the girl who was serving the plates about it, and the lady who originally took my order came out and told me, "You ordered asada," instead of acknowledging that there may have been a mistake with the order. Honestly, getting the wrong taco wasn't a big deal. Mistakes happen and they can easily be corrected. What really bothered me was what happened next. The lady came over and picked up the asada taco directly off my plate with her bare hands while the rest of my food was still on it. That completely ruined the experience for me. From a customer-service and hygiene standpoint, I don't think it's appropriate to put your hands on a customer's plate or food like that. As far as the food, the Baja shrimp taco was definitely the most flavorful. The pastor and the salsas were pretty bland in my opinion. This location has good potential, but the customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement. When there's a mistake with an order, just acknowledge it and correct it. Mistakes aren't the end of the world, but taking accountability and how you handle the situation makes a big difference in the customer's experience. Came for Taco Tuesday, but ended up ordering carne asada burritos because we were so hungry. Was greeted by staff immediately upon entering and they were friendly. Food came out very quickly. I was starving when I came in so at the time I thought the burrito I got was so good. But on a regular day with a regular appetite, I most likely would've considered the food to be kinda run of the mill. I don't have anything bad to say because it was filling and tasted fresh, but I'm not raving either. Also my bestie and I wanted to order horchata but they didn't have any today. :-( It seems like maybe the agua fresca flavor(s) are different every day...? There was tamarind, but we didn't feel like having that one. It would've been nice if we could have gotten horchata with our meal, I feel like most places always have it! Overall it was an okay experience. I prefer the nearby Taqueria Extra because they give complimentary chips, have a salsa bar, and I find the burritos there to be a little more flavorful. A lot of the reviews mentioned the food being pricey but I disagree, the menu is comparable to other taquerias in the area. Portions are large so I think it's fair. Indoor seating is minimal so you may wanna plan around that if you're coming with a large group. We were lucky that someone was leaving when we arrived so we were able to snatch a table. All of the tables are outside with plastic wrapped around for some protection from the road close by and wind. The tables and chairs are outdoor furniture which is fine but they are all really dirty and close together. The area where we ordered was also very dirty. We had more than enough food for 150 guests and they couldn't stop raving about how good the food was - they even had to take some to-go! My son's birthday party was at a park and it was nice not having to worry about setting up food. Their tacos were just over $3 each but come with very flavorful meat, better than other places I've tried in the area. A mild (red) and a spicy (green) salsa were provided, would say each are true to their spice level. There is some nice seating outside with tables that can fit maybe 20-30 people, and maybe 4 seats inside. Parking lot is very small, and would default to street parking after.
