Brought a friend here the other night to try for the first time and she loved it! We got our standard carnitas tacos, bean and cheese burrito with seared cheese from the flat top grill and I tried the birria bowl for the first time! Once again not disappointed with any of it! Service was on point and very accommodating per usual, it wasn't really all that busy for a Sunday night so we got our food relatively quicker than most busy nights! They had their same great music, dining room smelled clean and just mopped and everything was looking hot and fresh even though it was close to closing time! Just can't say enough about this place! This truck is near my parent's house and I drive by the area often. It's in a great location with plenty of room for you to park. The prices are very affordable and the family that runs the truck is extremely friendly and upbeat. The truck itself is pretty modern and on the newer side. So far I tried all the meats in taco form and asada, al pastor, and chorizo burrito. They have all been a great dinner in a pinch. I love the service is fast and you can drop in quick and be home quick to tog on the couch with your favorite show. This is a great show for local taco eats. read more

Worst tacos truck ever! We usually get our tacos at Arandinos Tacos Truck but today we decided to try here since it's closer to our place. We ordered 16 tacos and specifically told them to have cilantro and onion on the side, repeatedly. And what do you know, they said it's already inside. The cook looked at the cashier girl and they just literally stared at each other. No apology to us. Nothing. Just a freaking staring contest between them and us. We've been coming here every 2-4 weeks for the past year and a half now, so I figure it's about time I left a review. Taco truck parked on the side of the road. Lots of parking nearby and never a long line which is great. We come for the tacos, but sometime we branch out and also get the chicken quesadilla. Tacos are $1.25 which is very reasonable. Comes with the usual onion and cilantro and salsa on top. If you ask, they have free grilled onions and jalapeños, as well as limes and radish. Chicken - solid taco, grilled and chopped not shredded, not dry, comes with green salsa Asada - sometimes this one can be a little hit and miss, but overall a good taco as well, comes with red salsa Al pastor - juicy and full of flavor, really enjoy this one, comes with red salsa Green salsa is more mild but has a nice flavor, red had more spice. I love the grilled onions that come with it, one of my favorite parts. The limes are the mini ones with small seeds which is a little annoying, so watch out when you squeeze them. The chicken quesadilla has the usual chicken and cheese, but also onion and cilantro which is a nice touch. Prices are reasonable. Most of the workers are very friendly, however there is one woman who is very stingy with the salsa. Usually we order 10-15 tacos and a quesadilla yet when we ask for more than 2 salsas she is always reluctant to give us more though to be fair she never says no. While the tacos do come pre sauced, personally I never feel like it is enough, and the quesadilla doesn't come with any so I don't feel like we are asking for an unreasonable amount of extra salsa for the amount that we order. As she had been stingier than usual the last couple of visits, we may start looking for a new taco spot, but overall the food is solid so we may continue to return read more

They make a damn good taco. Asada, pollo, al pastor. Quality street tacos. All these meats are marinated well so the tacos are juicy and flavorful. They do the pollo right, cut cubed and grilled, not shredded. The quesadilla with pollo is very good. Can get it with chopped grilled onions in it. Really adds an extra element of goodness. There are 2 salsas - red and green. The red is especially spicy until you get used to it. They also have grilled vegetables upon request. The truck is located close to a bodega so there's some room on the sidewalk. The food comes out very quickly and wrapped in foil. Averaging about a 2 minute wait time for each order. Cash only. Hello good people, so my daughter and I visited taco truck los potrillos today, and WOW! Delicious tasty tacos! I mean in today taco revolution almost all tacos taste good for the most part but Los potrillos is up there with one of the best tasting tacos we have tried. I had 3 pastor and 3 asada and of course the customary horchata my daughter had 4 asada tacos and a Mexican coke. As our food was being prepared I was asked if we wanted the grilled onions and jalapeños on the side why sure I replied! As we took our first bite of our tacos we locked eyes and almost simultaneously said to each other "Wow delicious" with food in our mouth LoL! The Horchata was on point too. So we will return to try other things on the menu for sure! Portions are perfect! Not huge flavorless giant tacos! True street style tacos! If y'all are ever in the area this is a must try! We stopped by here on the way down to Coachella. These were hands down some of the best street tacos I've ever had. At only $1.25/Taco (tax included), it's a steal. I ordered two al pastor tacos, two carne asada tacos, a big 'ol cup of piña, and had a bit of my friend's lengua tacos. They all came out in about 5 minutes. The tacos al pastor were to die for. Savory, flavorful, melts in your mouth with a lingering aftertaste. The asada was okay. It was well-seasoned, but a little dry. The lengua was bomb -- not spongy like a lot of lengua tacos I encounter. The tacos come with a few pieces of radishes and a slice of lime. Nice and simple. Piña was a little diluted and had way too much ice, but for two dollars, I'm not trippin. I'd definitely stopping by here every time I head down to LA. It was about 10-15 mins before closing on a Saturday night (they close at 1am) and I ordered a carne asada burrito ($6) sin cilantro and 2 al pastor tacos ($1.25 each). The burrito was good with a good amount of flavorful asada, rice, refried beans, salsa and onions. I liked this burrito. It was a good size and it definitely hit the spot. The al pastor had good flavor too. Good tacos. I recommend it. This taco truck is clean. Prices are clearly marked. You order at one window, pay at that window and get a ticket stub with your order # on it. You pick up your order at another window. Show them your ticket... I'm pretty sure they notice me now as the one Asian girl who always orders an unholy amount of burritos and quesadillas (for my family of course). One thing I like about this taco truck is that they open quite early! The other day I was craving a taco and they were open and ready to go by 4pm. I have always been skeptical about eating food from trucks but after many people giving this truck a good name I decided to check it out. The parking is at the closed down car wash place so it's a convenient location for this truck to park along side because there is enough parking to have a good group come and grub. The service is friendly and really fast. The food was really cheap as well! I had four tacos (topped with radish and a lime) and a glass bottled coke for $7.50. What a bargain! I went for the Al Pastor which tasted like heaven. If you're lucky you can see the Al Pastor grillin through the window. Bottom line-great FAST food at an affordable price with great service.
