There was only one person working there when I went, so it did take a little bit of time, but no rush on my end. Additionally, they serve a variety of flavored milk in bags, as well as a delicious iced coffee. I found the taste and texture of their churros to be fresh and high-quality. The exact operating days/hours of the truck are unclear to me, as they were not posted. That said, my initial visit was last Sunday night a bit between 930-10PM, so take from that what you will. The truck offers *free* self-serve "Coffee De Olla" on weekends (brilliant loss leader tactic, by the way). I sampled a cup of it, and found it to be a very sweet and delicious black (no creamer) coffee. It's great on a cold night, but you'll want to just go ahead and pay for the iced coffee when the weather is on the warmer side.
